The bed was horrible (very hard). When we told them they informed us all their beds were the same and the only thing they could do was throw a comforter under the fitted sheet. That did not help!
The bedroom in my New York apartment was bigger than the rooms here.
Great night here loved the room and price but the 34$ over night parking sucks
Think New York when you ser the room size. . They have all the necessities and but very small. . Full size bed
Pros- nice room, free wifi, free bottled water, good location. Cons- weird bathroom. There is a sliding glass frosted door and no shower door.
Love this place. It's a very cute hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, bathroom was great, very cozy and pet friendly. Yoga studio, gym, restaurant and bar. I highly recommend!
The Currant happy hour is AWESOME! The Kona longboard is very refreshing.
Really not impressed!
Jason in Concierge is the BEST!!!!!! He's got all the tips :):)
Far from a boutique hotel, some one needs to clarify to them that concept ASAP. It's an OK Hotel, location is convenient but other than that there's nothing remarkable about the facilities or service
Don't stay here. Valets scratched my NEW car, and the company the hotel contracts with won't fix it because the valet said he didn't do it. Seriously?
Friendly staff, incredibly clean and modern rooms. Great bang for your buck. we will be back!
Be sure to eat at Currant! Their happy hour is amazing, and it's a wonderful little bar and restaurant to dine at while you're there!
Great, clean, quaint hotel. Super min-gym, so bring your sneakers. No pool which is a bummer, but there is a restaurant with a bar attached. brinkmagonline.com
Make sure to take advantage of the hotel's complimentary bike rentals. Only a few blocks away from the harbor and the rise is gorgeous!
Central, clean, hospitable. Also, the VES was really comfy!
This hotel is ideally located near the famous Gaslamp Wuarter and attractions like SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and the Old Town.
This Gothic Revival building was designed by master architect Wilber Peugh and many original elements such as the crenellated roofline and terra cotta and plaster embellishments remain intact today.
Not only is the Sofia filled with history; it's restaurant Currant, offers subperb meals and note-worthy cheese platters.
Ask Brian at the front desk if you need something. He knows everything!
Staff is mute and appears annoyed to have to check in guests, valet bangs up the car, no shower door, you enter the room through the bathroom, TV has lousy signal. Other than that great place.
Watch the valets - they blew out my stereo speakers & scratched my car! Front staff are also zombies who don't greet customers when they arrive?!?! It's a weird place!
Makes for an interesting stay with no shower doors and transparent bathroom doors...
Paid extra for a "city view" room today. First room they gave us had a mid-floor view of a brick wall. They were nice about moving us... to a higher view of a different brick wall. VERY disappointed.
Staying here w gf, small rooms, small bathroom, squeaky bed. This place is best for those traveling alone (or w/ a pet). Bathrooms have sliding door, offers very little privacy. 1st of 4 nights...fun
A gem of a boutique hotel that is really big on yoga and has a highly lauded on-site restaurant. Don't miss the informative, free "Rise and Shine" tours of downtown San Diego.
Good location, next to everything. Internet is free but extremely slow. Walking distance to the convention center
Ask for a room with a shower door.
Take advantage of the 24hr gym!!!

Brian at the front desk is the nicest guy!!!
Make sure to ask for your complimentary waters every day.
Historic charm starts right away with the 90-year-old hotel's well-maintained brick facade and lobby fireplace.
Great location! Water, coffee and tea are courtesy of the hotel!!
No food at the mini bar, but there's free wi fi as well as desktop computers with free Internet at lobby
Dog-friendly hotel! Make sure to bring the pups :D
The food at this hotel is very good.
Order the espresso at Currant....delightful!!!!
Small rooms, but overall a nice hotel
Best valet service in the whole wide world
Great place and location :) Best place to meet people.
When in san diego, the sofia hotel is a great place to stay!
The Sofia is awesome. Make sure to check out Currant and order a traditional absinthe.
In 1927, the Sofia was the first hotel in San Diego to be built with "en suite" bathrooms, its marketing slogan was "A Room and a Bath for Two and a Half."
Yeri çok iyi, internet free, otopark vale 32$, dost canlısı, odalar çok küçük
