A nice property, but for the price it deserves an upgrade. Spend your time on the beach chairs and by pool. Food is average, Jean Georges underperforming at Kauai Grill. Bar closes at 11 sharp! 🤬
Fantastic hotel! Breathtaking views! Superb service! Amazing food! Their suites are worth the extra spend! Reserve a cabana on the beach; worth every penny! Fruit platter is a must!!!
Beautiful place to spend the day with family. The beach is calm- great for toddlers and snorkelers. The view is stunning. And if you're staying at the Westin, you can enjoy their beach chairs!
Excellent staff and beautiful view of Hanalei Bay. Hanalei town is very close but there's only one route to and from Princeville and it takes a lot longer than as the crow flies.
If you plan on spending a lot of time at the resort, spend the extra and choose a Junior Prince Suite! The view is incredible and you get additional butler service.
Everything about this hotel is great! Don't think I'd stay anywhere else on the island. Make sure to get the complementary water whenever you leave the property for the day.
This place is quite beautiful. Definitely on the resort-end of life though being a lot more commercial (boring) than nearby Hanalei but also the safer side of the river if there are heavy rains.
Top favorites here: Aloha Mary's cocktail, Sunday Brunch, shoe shine service, vibrant resort wear from Tori Richard...and spectacular legendary breath-taking views. The good life.
Enjoy the sunset from the bar on the first floor. A stunning view. Around 5:30pm, they usually have a Champagne sabering ceremony. Make sure to drop by to check it out.
This is the best resort I have ever stayed on! Everyone is very attentive and quick to do anything that will make your experience a better one. We will be back!
Even if you're not staying there, a great place to go for a drink on the patio. The view is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
the suite rooms are fantastic! make sure you have the butler bring you up french press coffee in the morning. it's amazing. ...and the jacuzzi tubs in the rooms are so relaxing.
Get dinner on the terrace as close to sunset as possible (which could be 1.5 hours early). Dont feel bad about lingering. Order drinks; course out your food. It’s expensive, so make use of it!
Great location and excellent service, but rooms are dated & the place has the feel of an 80's cruise ship. Absurdly expensive drinks, but you're paying for the view. Staff are very accommodating.
The yin of an epic level of service with the yang of the Hawaiian lack of snobbishness. Amazing sunsetviews. All in all, a special place on a special island.
View and scenery are outstanding. The hotel itself is old, run down and outdated. The carpets smell like feet and it’s in major need of an overhaul. They ran out of chicken and shrimp at pool.
