Great luxury hotel in the heart of San Francisco! Very attentive and friendly staff! Rooms are spacious and come nothing short of what to expect from a St. Regis!

Does everything a luxury branded American hotel should. Posh and comfortable but slightly soulless.
  • Lindsay W.
The customer service is outstanding! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as magnificent as possible. Excellent for large events and beautiful conference rooms!

A bit understated for a St. Regis but none the less my favorite SF hotel. Love the bar. Go get a Bloody Mary -- they invented it!

Conference facilities are good although the lighting spectrum is too green and they overcharge for wifi provisioning. The AME restaurant deserves its' Michelin 2-Star rating.

Wonderful location and amazing service and food. Only negative is there's a bit of a snobby flare at times but it is to be expected at the prices for rooms.

If you attend a banquet here, hope you don't like to eat. The food is amazing but the waitstaff will take your plate away while you have the fork in your mouth! I know, it's happened to me twice!

I loved our 2-night stay at the St Regis, everything was sublime. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite(starwood gold member) and it was amazing. The location cannot be beat, very close to union square.

With its luxe rooms—Mozambican wood on the walls; marble bathrooms—the St. Regis brings a dose of glamour to the SoMa district. The Japanese-themed restaurant Ame only adds to the appeal.

This is just one amazing hotel. From the design and upkeep to the service. Another reason I love the St. Regis hotels. But it's a shame they soak you on food, drinks, and Internet.

Wondering what to do for dinner? First step: Sit at the bar. Second step: Order a Bummer and Lazarus extra spicy and the New York strip off of the dinner menu. Last step: enjoy and relax.
