best café on this street
Psst...we see you eyeing that hot techy music geek over there. Impress both geek sides by using me as an icebreaker. And then invite us to the wedding
The toilet seats cause hemorrhoids
Cash-only, so know your level beforehand... The register area is very dim at night, making it an extra challenge!
make sure to bring some cash. Its cash only!
Climb to the Summit...
The counter chick (white girl w/ short brown hair and misshapen face) isn't super friendly.
Sit by the door on a cold day and give the hairy eyeball to the oblivious morons who leave the door open. Yeah, you.
Lame. They raised prices and don't accept credit ads anymore. Not impressed.
Cool outdoor spot to chill with ur best friend(dog)

Free wifi from I/o ventures
Full of startup people and open relatively late at night. If you're working on a laptop, bring a power strip as the outlet availability is quite limited.
Techies & burgers.
Wow, a place to study that doesn't play crappy music.
Plugs are here you just have to hunt for them.
Open until midnight Monday thru Saturday. On Sundays they close at 10pm
Great to drink a lot of coffee and work hard!
Hands down, the Mission is the nicest/coolest/funest place in all of SF. The Summit – AKA i/o ventures – is the Mission's best coffee spot. Hands down.
Best work cafe in SF and excellent desserts. Also, get the green tea matcha shake.
Excellent coffee, food, atmosphere. Only drawback is that the backless chairs make it difficult to sit and work for long periods. But maybe that's the point?
They now serve beer and wine, the perfect solution to startup frustration.
A cafe populated by hackers and startup folks. In the same space with i/o ventures.
Looking for a creative libation without the booze? The Summit's your place. Check the menu for their latest creations.
Power outlets at Mission coffee shops are an endangered species. Poke around and power up.
For a refreshing coffee drink that's a break from the norm, try Summit's Cold Infusuion coffee. It's akin to a chai with coffee instead of tea
Best internet cafe in SF (err.. do people still call places internet cafes?)
Order a Three Africans au lait, short on the milk. I usually ask for it in a to-go cup (stays hot longer). Leave 2-3 inches of room and top off with steamed straus organic milk. Add sugar. Perfection!
Don't get the ginger beer. It smells gross and is just weak.
Get the raspberry cooler when it's hot out. The jasmine pearl tea, when it's cold.
at The Summit, YOU are the DJ! jump on "I/O Ventures (Public)" wifi, go to http://beatlist.com/thesummitsf, pick songs!
Best place to get work done in the mission.
Get the affogato.
Root beer float with humphreslocombe ice cream. DO IT.
Don't get the mochas. Tastes like they used Hershey's syrup.
$5.40 ham n cheese croissant from Nash Baker is actually worth it.
Yes. This place is great if you are rock star-well funded by an angel investor - startup - revolutionary social next thing - greedy - pretentious- douche - hipster with ironic detachment from reality
Get the matcha soy shake. Yum!
busyfounder.com favorite working place!
Great, bustling atmosphere - quintessential SF, good cappuccino.
The chocolate croissant is amazing, dense and delicious
Come fully charged because (A) you won't want to leave and (B) the outlets are rare
They are running a promo for the next two weeks: get a $10 gift card if you sign up two neighbors for Blockboard, a new neighborhood app for the Mission. Invite code for the app is UTZN.
