    Bad news on brunch: Their one-of-a-kind shrimp n' grits are gone. The good news: the new Slinger is awesome: chili, hash browns, egg—like corned beef hash with chili replacing the corned beef. Delish.

    We love snacks – especially the ones served up at The Vanderbilt. Our personal favorites are the Beef Jerky, Strong Beans, Carrot Salami, & the Rabbit Mortadella! (Order all of the cocktails!)

    The bartender is very hands..nice, attentive and has an awesome personality. He's knowledgeable in mixology. I would buy out the bar if I could just because of him. The food..mmm mmm good

    Everything's great here, but they really shine when it comes to bar snacks. Locally sourced charcuterie, veggie finger food and more. Great cocktails and a good beer list, too. Also brunch is amazing.

    get the chili for brunch. It's what it sounds like&is good. Chicken hash sounds delic, bt ingredients don't coalesce into a cohesive dish. In the end it lacked flavor and the veggies were nearly raw.

    Show your ticket to an event at the Barclays Arena and receive 10% off. The brussels sprouts with shishito peppers are as good as the rumors say and will unexpectedly please anyone who tries it.

    There's nothing better then a good selection of beers and some amazing small and medium plates for an incredible dinner. And don't forget to order the Cottage Fries!!!!

    Try the Smoked Trout Crepes, Melted Leeks, Trout Roe, Sunnyside Egg - Couldn't taste the trout enough, but it was delicious and not too heavy. Loved the dill.

    Brunch here is out of control and a little easier on the wallet than dinner (which is also good). Getting the beignets to start means you can get both sweet AND savory in the same brunch.

    Shishito peppers for sure. Sausages are great, so are salads and fried pickles and the burger and any of the woodier cocktails. Hard to go wrong here

    Exceptional dishes include the brussels sprouts (or cauliflower in spring/summer) and the meatballs. Among drinks, they make a superb Pimms and a great Ruby Sip.

    Appetizers? The Shisito Peppers (make sure to dip them in the Pimentón powder) and and the Deviled Eggs. I thought the jerkey was just "eh".

    Mrs meyers soap has port authority pink soap in its bottles. Sneaky. Vibe is nice for a Sunday, bloody Mary's are spicy, food could use seasoning.

    The bartenders are saucy, sassy and Southern. This girl could not be more happy. Oh, it helps that that food and drinks are top notch as well. You can Spatzle me all day, boys.

    The Vanderbilt's offer of refined food & drink at a price that won’t liquidate your savings is a welcome addition. Michelin-starred chef Saul Bolton & Ben Daitz collaborated on an A plus menu.

    The brussel sprouts are as great as everyone says, as are the cottage fries. Be prepared for slow service, though.

    Don't order the cheesecake. Two 1x1 inch bites with a small scoop of ice cream and the requisite raspberry drizzle on the plate. For $9. Meh.
