Nice hotel in KC. Spacious lobby & connected to the stores/eateries next door. Guest rooms are also spacious.
The attached walkways to Union Station and Crown Center can get you to attractions from the hotel with out stepping outside.
Internet is not free in the rooms
Great place. Awesome view of downtown
The staff here is professional. Really top notch. I love staying here
if you're sensitive to noise pollution, don't get a room on the northern "downtown view" side; trains come through frequently,
Don't fall for the scam where if you don't have housekeeping then you get a $5 gift certificate each day for stores within the hotel because no one accepts them.
If you want to relax and shop- try doing it before 5 pm. Everything closes at six.
Great downtown view. Go for club level.
2012 Visitors' Choice Award Winner for Favorite Hotel (more than 300 rooms)
No decent room service after 11pm. But good view of the Irish Fest!
This place is a short walk from some of the finest dining. It's connected to a mall. The hotel lobby has all you need with restaurants, bars, piano music.
The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center is centrally located downtown within Hallmark's Crown Center an 85-acre complex of shops, restaurants and theaters and is just minutes from the Liberty Memorial

Meet Steve Martin in the lobby!
Check-in was effortless. Room is clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. Staff have been wonderful. Lobby is gorgeous. Proximity to everything makes it perfect.
Take the pedestrian bridge to the Freight House District and eat at Grunauer or Jack Stack BBQ.
Pool obviously not large enough for the hotel!
If you're a business traveler staying with us, connect with me and say hello!
Much nicer place to stay than the nearby/connected Sheraton. We are at the dental conference and are surrounded by great things to do/see/eat.
Beautiful walkabout area!
This whole area is not stroller-friendly. However, the hotel staff and the Brasserie are kid-friendly.
Very disappointing. Rooms are very outdated and rough. Rooms were also dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful, but didn't make up for the dirt.
Internet is not free...the more days you purchase it is a bit less expensive...
Don't fall for the "I've got a great towntown view" line when you check in. What that really means is I have a room that overlooks the train yard! You want an odd number room xx17-xx25 & xx33-52
Don't expect to make any noise after 7pm. The hotel agent will call the cops. Irregardless of reward status he will try to throw you out. Just call corporate and complain = comped rooms and bonus pts
The pool is great! Grab a cold one and relax. Buy drinks and snacks in the drug store! Much cheaper then the gift shop!
Free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
Ask for Jenny W. if you need help with your luggage
Airline Personnel: be sure too have your ID at the food outlets if you want to get your discount. They won't honor it without.
Corner rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is oddly shaped.
We have the best room ever ! Thank you Dad ! Gonna be the best cancer walk ever!
Poor service...told I would receive free airport shuttle when booking room. Paid $700 for 4 nights& they charged me for the shuttle service! Nothing is as promised!
You have to pay $5 to use the gym equipment! Dislike!
Nice and Clean
Go to the gym here! They have iPhone connections on machines
The brasserie restaurant has gluten free items like bread and cinnamon rolls if you ask.
