Can't believe I'm barely leaving a tip on this place now. Hands down my favorite bar in NYC with the best bartenders. Solid whiskey selection. You don't f*ck with them (hi Shawna & Sandee!)
Get a drink special that includes a beer and a shot.
Amazing place !! The whisky sweet tea and pickle back shot ate must have!
Nice place to go with friends. Decent prices and clean.
Strong whiskey selection, lots of options from across the Atlantic - and even a few from across the pacific!
Has the largest selection of whiskey with half or full pours available.
LES sweet tea is deadly. Tastes like there is no alcohol in it!! 🍹
Very crowded but the bartenders are quite friendly and helpful. The other patrons can be somewhat rude, but what else would you expect from a bar.
Huge selection of whiskey! LES iced tea was very refreshing, and not too sweet! Nice neighborhood bar where you can kick back and sip on scotch. ... or play some pool
Great whiskey, great music, great vibe.
Nice vibe. Try the lemon fizzy for something tasty and strong.
The hot toddy is strong but a good warm drink for a cold weekday evening.
Too many choices. But makers in the rocks is only 8 bucks. Hell yes.
Good whiskey and bourbon selection but awfully crowded, especially on the weekends. Have fun partying with the UES on those days.
Oh man, hard to have only one LES iced tea. Trouble.
The $25 pitches of Sangria are large, strong, and tasty.
I mean, they use Imperial as their well whiskey, so you should be coming here.
Great, strong, reasonably priced drinks. Watch out for the drunkards though, they stick to the bar like bees on honey.
Too hot. Too crowded. Avoid Friday nights. Bartender too busy dancing and singing to himself to actually take drink orders.
The back maple hill strikes a perfect balance, and has an amazing scent.
Great selection of whiskey.
Hit 8111 on the jukebox for Los Fabulosos Cadillacs!
Rated #4 whiskey bar in NYC
Shauna. That is all
Nice selection…& peanuts at the bar…try the whiskey!
If youre on the pool table, ask about a better rule set than the one on the wall. If you're friendly, most people will agree to play something a little easier!
Get the Lower East Side Sweet Tea. Knock back a couple and you'll wake up wondering what happened.
IPA with a Buffalo Trace, a bowl of peanuts, super cool people in and behind the bar, cool decor and music, I love this spot
Start a conversation with the bouncer, Marqueese. You won't be disappointed.
Old fashioned for a stiff drink. Moscow Mule for a refresher. As other reviewer said, hide from LES madness here.
Get the shorty - $7 for a shot of Jameson and a small glass of Guinness .
Caol Ila, 10 year – it's like a bonfire. In your mouth.
House Manhattan. DO IT!!
Ask for the "twitter special"
Men's room line was longer than the women's. What??
Buffalo Trace is a solid bourbon choice.
They have an awesome collection of bourbons, whiskeys, scotch, and specials (like spiked apple cider from the crockpot during winter). Stop by!
Bourbons are awesome
LES Sweet Tea- divine. Fo during the week & chat with your bartender when it's quiet. He'll hook you up & help you out! Plus! Free peanuts :)
Have the mcallen's 15 year oak whiskey. For the love of god do yourself that favor. Pair it with the IPA beer as well.
Scotch whiskey flight. Do it.
They have a 16yr Glenlivet, but if you prefer bourbon, we love the Woodford Reserve.
Dave!!! Best bartender ever! LOVE THIS PLACE!
Wow! Full of Bridge and Tunnel assholes on weekends. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
