Don’t miss the White House beehive and the First Lady’s vegetable garden from the gate on the South Lawn. The bees pollinate White House plants and make honey for the first family and their guests.

Everyone should take a tour of the White House...but you'll need to make reservations in advance of your trip. Rather, you'll need to schedule your trip around the reservation. But highly worth it.

Depending on how you take the tour determines what you will see. Took the tour as a citizen, as a congressional intern, and as a staffer! The best time of the year to take tours is Jan/Feb.
