I really liked this hotel and hope to try their restaurants next time. Only thing that I would have liked is a refreshed modern shower. Ordered steak medium rare via room service it was cooked medium.

Great location, spacious room and good service. It's an honor to stay in this historic hotel. Breakfast should be tier 1, only compared within American hotels. Food choices are fewer than Asian IHGs.

This is a lovely setting for high tea, and the scones are quite good. Live harp music on Friday-Sunday. The finger sandwiches are ho-hum, as is the tea itself. The hostess is more than a bit snooty.
