Closed now. Sigh.
Come here before it closes in March 2013
The mutton curry is to die for, as a nasi lemak set! Not too spicy, and the meat is tender and soft. Delicious.
One of our favourite lunchtime retreats & early evening relax joints in Singapore. DA suite of delicious dishes (try the crispy chicken, pizza & desserts). A great beer selection & lovely staff too.
Exceptional service. Changed our food and gave us free food even tho we weren't that fussed abt it. Shows pride in service and their own food. Seldom encountered nowadays. Great job!
Lousy food here. We spent $30 on a Nasi Lemak set here that would have costed $3 outside and much tastier
Excellent nasi lemak, five spice pork and beef rendang. Home made soy bean/cincau also good. And a solid selection of beers.
Very yummy nasi lemak
Happy hour $5 pizzas with drinks before 7pm! Pear cider is good, as well as Desiree, Rendang pizza.
Grilled pork cheeks: sinful but so so melt-in-your-mouth awesome! Also, get the Otah and Crispy Chicken.
Make your after lunch work hours more bearable. Partake of their excellent selection of beers.
Hand made pizzas like The Nicholina, The Desiree and Beef Rendang Pizza.
Must try the five spice pork and the crispy chicken! It's to die for!
Shendol is yummilicious!!! So is the Pulut Hitam!
To Chris D., If you do some research, I believe that you will find them on their facebook page stating that they are closed EVERY MONDAY
Great selection of unusual beers and ciders.
Fyi, they are worried you will walk off without paying, so you need to pay first.
They were closed on monday 16 Jan with no sign. Unacceptable.
Be warned, the Lamb Char Siew takes 25 minutes. The Pulot Hitam Cake is worth coming back for.
Interesting fusion, Lamb Char Siew, and Pulot Hitam Cake, their take on Date Pudding but Black Rice instead.
Bring sunscreen, shades & hat in case u get a seat in the sun albeit indoors.
Don't miss out on the homemade rendang pizza, nasi lemak rice and the pulut hitam cake!
The five spice pork on the lunch menu is fantastic if you're after something not so spicy (or deep-fried).
Bak cho mee pasta, the linguine is fantastic in texture. But be aware that five spice powder used in too many dishes... Not a fan of 五香粉。
Pizzas and fries to die for. Don't expect your evening to be economical, though. Oh, and remember to tip your waiter!
Ask for mdm tan's famous nasi lemak! And the home made sandwich bread! The coffee is superb!
