    This has an impressive architecture of modern and traditional design. Must-see: prayer hall with three altars. Also get a blessing of water from the small statue of Guan Yin, the Mercy Goddess.

    This is a nice peaceful temple. Be mindful of the signs. If you take a taxi, have them wait for you (roughly 30 mins) as it can be difficult to get one back down the hill.

    The main hall with 3 altars is soooo much beautiful, mostly in the early morning sun. There is also a small nice garden behind the hall

    Beware of theft. Do not leave your valuable stuff in the car especially electronic devices like laptops, harddisks and etc. I am one of the victims. I hope they get their instant retribution. 😬

    Nice temple to visit especially during CNY, can be reached by public transort and a short walk or taxi ride

    This is not the largest nor the oldest temple in this region as some have commented. But is the very few large temples in Clang Valley.

    The Thean Hou Temple is one of the oldest temples in Southeast Asia. The six-tiered Chinese temple features imposing pillars, ornate carvings and murals on the walls.
