This spot boasts a large space, filled with seating and tables and free wifi, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, or getting work done. Not a coffee drinker, but the iced tea was delicious.

Think Coffee is adorable and much more personal than any Starbucks will ever be. The baristas are friendly and artistic in their work. The atmosphere is great, there is Wi-Fi and comfy couches, tables

Cozy, lots of seating. Went on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. Had a great cup of tea in a massive mug, and the barista was real friendly. Music could have been a bit more mellow.

One of those great New York City discoveries lies beneath Think Coffee's Mercer Street shop: a free, weekly coffee tasting, Fridays at 2 p.m. Upstairs, try single-origin El Salvador Pacamara coffee.

Lets admit it folks Think coffee is a life style. After I grab my book from strand I like finding a nice round table close to window for some people watching besides I adore their coconut-carrot cake.

One of the best coffee shops in the village to grab a table and work with your laptop. Open late. Has enough ambient noise and background music to reset your brain when you need to.

I had the turkey brie cranberry sandwich today with a small latte and it was just wonderful. Little expensive for a sandwich ($9.00 roughly) but ultimately the best sandwich I've ever had.

Don't bother with the single source drip if it's busy. The baristas are always busy with espresso drinks (mine brewed for at least 2x longer than it should have), but it is damn good when done right

Usually crowded, but the turnover is high enough that it's not too hard to snag a seat (if not a table). Wifi can be spotty, but great place to get your creative and entrepreneurial juices flowing.

Good coffee but the service is poor. They can really take their time especially if you order a sandwich. Its happened a few times. Loud music so good if solo, but not if you wanna quiet coffee chat.

Coffee is fantastic. A lot of seating, but tough to find a spot in the late morning through late afternoon. Great for people watching....But the bathroom was so dirty I nearly threw up!

They serve their small lattes with two shots and their medium lattes with three. I've never seen this elsewhere so I ordered the medium with two, as per usual. It needed three. Think coffee is weak.

Best hang of Think's 5-shop mini-chain. Each cafe has a different design + ambience. On Mercer Street, it's roomy; seating includes sofas w/coffee tables + banquettes. Wi-Fi. (Orig. review 10/23/11)

Just had a wonderful sandwich, although it was a bit too cold for my taste. Smoked turkey, pesto, brie and cranberry jelly on a raisin bread. Would certainly have it again!

In Cyprus I was introduced to the world of Frappe and did tastings tests with canned coffees. I developed an acceptance and liking for coffee in their cold state. Before then, coffee had to be hot.

part of the Foursquare prototype was built here, so you know it's a productive place! spanish latte to caffeinate, turkey + brie on fennel bread to eat and lagunitas IPA once you're finished. do it

More than coffee! Try some food with your latte. High ceilings, outlets, quiet enough music, and a great ambiance. Work and people watch.

Sit down. People watch. Suck down some of the best espresso in this part of town. It's hard to go wrong with any of the food, and it's staffed by pretty rockin' dudes. But seriously, people watch.

Great space, though WiFi can be slow/flaky. Not an issue if you have your own hotspot or your productivity isn't reliant on fast Internet. The former, in my case :)

Great Think Coffee location to get some work done if you can grab a seat at one of the banquettes. Oh, and the coffee is pretty good too.

Pros: location (provided you are an NYU student), compostable lids - Cons: overpriced, bad coffee, never seats, and for some reason they make you sign your receipt

maybe it was just that day, but the coffee here really doesn't seem all that good. the espressos were a bit watered down and the flat white wasn't creamy at all :(

Insanity of the NYU variety, but with a great vibe. Solid lunch options, great environment with Washington Square Park right outside for walking meetings.

Conveniently located across from Courant, Think Coffee is open until 11pm. However, this location gets pretty loud and crowded, so plan accordingly!

Run a benefit with Sarah (the super sweet manager) and book the best NYU / NYC talent in the neighborhood. Invite all of your best friends, have coffee and scones and sing along.

Great coffee and they never burn the milk for your latte, or their steamed milk specials!!! It's a great spot to hang with friends.

Get the Brasil single-origin drip coffee. Completely different flavor - kind of sweet and rich and nutty all at the same time. Great way to start the day.

Arrive early in the morning for the best table selection, and order the grilled cheese with ham and tomato for lunch. To die for!

Noisy and iffy service. Get you caffeine here if you are desperate or if it's after hours. I almost got into a scuffle with a "barista" for trying to get a cortado. He insisted they don't make them.

Deceivingly small on the outside, thankfully much roomier on the inside. Much easier to get a seat here than at the 4th ave local...

A lot more spacious inside than the tiny entrance makes it look. Plenty of seats. Iced coffee is flavorful without the milk.

Naveen & I built 1/2 of the foursquare prototype here (mostly at the back table near the bathroom). The "mayor" feature in 4SQ came from our buddy Chad making fun of us for camping at that table :)

You can get away with working and not buying anything, or with bringing outside food, but don't do both. That's just bad form.
