    The shuttle bus drivers won't pick you up at the airport, had to get a cab. (While waiting, over twenty rental car busses for every other service stopped)

    Do not rent a car from this place. We waited over an hour to pick up the car at 1 am on a Friday. They had 3-5 employees working and the line was out the door.

    Long long wait for the airport shuttle. Take the Fox shuttle that comes more frequently & drops off next door. Only two options available for a compact and my car was dirty & smelled like body odor.

    Long wait for shuttle! And the line was all the way into the garage ..at least 90mins wait.. Please sign up for blue chip if possible..else it totally ruined the start of your vacation!

    This place is a piece of crap. They check your credit score and if you don't have a certain score you won't be able to rent. Go to National they don't do credit checks and give free upgrades.

    Be prepared for a long wait for the shuttle. Sign up for Blue Chip beforehand or be prepared to wait for 2 hours before they get to you.

    Service is bad. Workers are rude if you don't bother to buy insurance. They looked down on you as if you cant pay.Manager is rude too. Think twice before renting their cars.

    Horrible - waited 30 mins for shuttle which didn't show. Had to take one from a friendly driver of another agency. Did not have the car reserved available, only a minivan. Unfriendly & uninterested.

    This will be my last time renting Thrifty...especially this location. It is filthy/disgusting in the waiting area and they will charge u for gas even w/ a full tank if u don't have a receipt!
