If you are coming here for brunch on either weekend day, get a reservation because it is busy. Also, if they have the fritters with maple bourbon sauce as a starter, order-they're amazingly delicious!

There's a reason why this is one of the top-rated brunch spots in Seattle. Amazing food, great service, and a quick walk to the space needle. Worth the wait even if they are busy.

Largely underrated, the lofty ceilings and large windows create a bright and airy space perfect for the seasonal dishes that comfortingly reflect the best Northwest ingredients. [Eater 38 Member]

"They have a famous Seattle breakfast called a Dutch Baby—a cross between a pancake and a souffle. It's crispy on the outside and dense and eggy on the inside."

They know what ingredients go in a dish to make it delicious. I liked their egg and kale scramble with French toast. Do give this place a shot.

Hot chocolate here is more milk than chocolate, other than that, most selections are upstanding. Fave: fry up, orange juice, lemon cookie ice cream. Cappuccino is strong.

If you don't have a reservation (weekend brunch), then don't expect to be seated at a table (even with empty tables-galore) - instead, you'll be putting down your name to wait for a spot at the bar.

Coffee is only served by French press so be prepared for an expensive cup. Also no warning on the cost.
