    Hands down the best salmon sashimi ever. Rolls were a textural delight. Wagyu beef gyoza was something special. Spare ribs tasted a bit gamey but sauce was nice.

    Japanese fusion, sashimi all fresh and the grilled scallop is surprisingly an interesting dish, dessert heaven for all those sweet tooth indulgers, went here on sat night service was not so pleasant.

    Really delicious food. The grilled salmon was phenomenal. If you want to splash out a bit, go with the Sora tasting menu :)

    Great atmosphere, long wait for a table but worth it. Expensive dishes but if you go with friends everything can be shared. Miso salmon was the piece de resistance! Amazing.

    High quality Japanese demands a high price. Very diverse range of delicious and unique cocktails. There can be a long wait for walkins at peak times - have a cocktail at the bar while you wait.

    Attentive service for a walk-in on a Saturday night. We sat in the Bar area by the window which was quieter on a busy evening. Zucchini Wafu and Pumpkin Tempura are must light eats. Sashimi is fab

    Good selection of cocktails. If you're after a refresher, try the pineapple and mint. Do not leave without trying the spicy edemame. Other good options are the tempura soft shell crab & lamb ribs.Yum!

    Tokonoma: Just get the tsuchi or sora tasting menus, 11 courses in the tchuch over 2 hours - amazing flavours and combinations. Great house music adds to the atmosphere

    As good as any other Jap restaurant. Not really fusion or anything different, where u can get same quality elsewhere for cheaper. Service is also minimal.

    Best Japanese I've eaten in Sydney. The seared beef is amazing. Service was very good but if you're not patient you might find the food a bit slow to come out.

    Definitely try Hiramasa no Usuzukuri & also Toko Signature scallop- Hotate no ponzu to wasabi ae gunkan. Simple, but extraordinary dishes.

    Eggplant miso / rice balls are the closest Sydney gets to heaven. Salmon/ tuna sashimi too. Service staff is not nipon and Juliette is the worst glass/plate snatcher - nail everything down and lick!

    This place is just amazing. The tasting plate is well worth it to get the best selection of food. I honestly don't know how anyone can make rocket salad and make zucchini taste do amazing!

    ask for the waiter for seats at the grill bar for more intimate setting. everything on the menu is superb, however never leave without trying the creme brulee. YUM !
