    Always excellent though not my favorite steakhouse in Vegas. Tom Colicchio was chilling at the bar when I was there (there was a fight that weekend).

    best place to try a whole bunch of whiskey. they have a special ice machine that can create a 2 1/2 inch cube. so awesome but $$$

    Go to Craftsteak and order the 14 oz. kobe wagyu steak with golden chanterelle mushrooms on top. The braised brussels sprouts are also amazing. Skip the yukon gold puree potatoes... too runny. Read more

    It is good but not amazing. Try the 24hr shrt rib, lobster bisque, potato gratin, guava/passion sorbet & spiced quince. The black angus filet tastes 2 much of thyme & the Japanese eggplant is stale.

    Lobster bisque, Wagyu skirt steak (YES, the skirt steak, it's no joke), oysters are always the best. Most of all, the service is next to none.

    The best steak I have ever eaten. I recommend the Kobe filet or Kobe skirt. Also you must try the Hen of the woods mushrooms.

    The menu changes daily but we each ordered something different and everything was wonderful. Chicken, Steak, and Pork Chops were all fabulous. We had the risotto, mushrooms, & grits as well - superb!

    Order the Wagnu steak tasting menu. It's worth the cost and you won't be hungry afterwards at all. The roasted sweet corn and mushrooms are amazing. The monkey bread is also AMAZING!

    Had the Wagyu skirt steak with braised lobster tail. Pricey but worth the treat in my opinion. Most portions are family style.

    My filet was a bit blackened, but they gave me a nice sauce to help with the dryness. Try the carrots, they're delicious.

    After finishing the LV RnR Half Marathon, wanted to have a nice dinner. They told us 45 minutes wait for 2, but the guy who asked after we did was told a 25 minute wait for 2. Very disappointed.
