Seriously my favorite movie of all time, so being able to visit was exciting. Don't know if you'll get the same reaction but nonetheless it's got a great view. Don't let the trash/bums distract you ;)

Someone removed the sign. The bench is the far right one closest to the Hill Street side of the park.

Take in the view from this famous bench! In a city that is constantly on the go, give yourself a few minute and relax here!

If you want to role play your favorite hipster millennials, make sure the bench is free from piss covered homeless. They wouldn't understand the value.

Do yourself a favor, take a moment, sit down on a bench, and take in the beauty. Even if it's only a 5 minute break.

A nice little green respite from the concrete jungle and a wonderful view of the downtown skyline, as seen architecturally from the movie 500 Days of Summer. Have a seat and take it in.

note that if you are coming from The Market, the climb up is NOT a pleasant experience at all. Definitely reminded that you are in dtla with the fresh smell of a bum's pee
