Combos with Christmas! Filling and perfect after a long day exploring the city.
Decent place to stop for a margarita while waiting to catch the Rail Runner, but crowded and loud on a Thursday night.
Featured in a Heat Seekers season 1 episode. NM chillis are made of pure chilli peppers (no beans & meat like other parts of US). In this restaurant, you get the red and green kind.Sopaipilla uses it.
The atmosphere is great and so is the food
Been Burrito Red, frozen margarita and a sopapilla. Enough said.
Blue corn enchiladas here I come
Beans were great. Chicken in the enchilada was tough. Green chili was good but not hit at all. Cheese enchilada, posole, and sopaipillas were excellent!
Second best red Chile in Santa fe
Good food. Had the Grilled Cheese with Roast Beef since I was tired of mexican food and was delighted.
Ask for Concepcion! She's fantastic!!!
Ask for your sopaipillas after the meal if you want them hot for dessert!
Oh yeah, the margaritas are excellent as well!
Try the super combination! Has everything on both red and green chile... good overview of all the entrees... :) don't forgot the honey butter!
The food is excellent, the staff is great!! Don't miss eating here, you'll love it!!!
The Margs are STRONG and GOOD! Watch out! Guac is best I've tasted.
So not impressed! Average Mexican food I could have gotten anywhere in USA.
Mariachi in the lobby tonight. Margaritas are awesome.
Wonderful food!! The red and green chili is superb!! :-)
The food is ok. This is New Mex after-all. The drinks are good and you score a freebie if you gat one spilled on you. The hostess is so "tiny" and cute. Literally
Great little place where you get sopapillas with every meal. I guess it's more of a touristy place but the food was still good.
So freaking good! No chips and salsa. They serve sopapillas with the meal!
Get the blue corn enchiladas with green chile and cheese (no meat) and an over-easy egg on top. Be sure to get a bite of the sopapillas with honey butter as soon as they get to the table piping hot.
Frog margarita os awesome!
If you get the tamale meal, don't get an appetizer.... It's sooooooo much food you'll be stuffed. Great tamales and plentiful!
Thursday special (Flautas compuestas) is a good choice. Jalapeno poppers r good and u absolutely have to get a Margarita Swirl!!!! But r limited to 2 drinks!
Very good New Mexican Food. I'll come back
I don't think anything we ordered was freshly made.bummer
Tuesday Blue Plate special and a swiirlee....HEAVEN. One will knock you on your arse!
joseph j's tip is pretty close - there's a 4 drink limit per person (incl beer) but frozen margaritas (the frogg is best) are counted as 2 drinks. unheard of...can't return.
Try the margaritas and the chalupas are amazing. The whole menu is true New Mexican be prepared for spicy hott food YUM!
Get a combo plate
Don't bother trying to have more than one drink here. One drink MAX! Save ur time and money - go elsewhere.
Chicken stuffed sopaipilla is delicious! Red chile!
Great fresh Mexican. Ideal for families on a budget.
Get the Tuesday Christmas style... YUMM!!
Great place for dinner and drinks. Try one of the frozen maragaritas. Ask for either a frog or a swirl. I personally like the frog better.
