Reach via Metro 6. First view will be visible when metro passes over the Bir Hakiem bridge. Get down at Bir Hakiem stop. It is best to book your ticket online. Lines at the counters can be humongous.

Sit by the river right next to the tower for best view at midnight when it sparkles for 5 mins. Another option is to see it from louvre that's a further view! Beautiful 5 mins of ur life!

You can’t say you’ve visited Paris until you’ve been jostled by the crowds at the Eiffel Tower. We like going at night when the crowds are smaller and the views of the City of Light are magnificent. Read more · October 31, 2011

I spent 13.5€ to go to the top of Eiffel tower. It was summer time and I came in the mid afternoon, the queue was so long! Better to come early. The view from the top was so great!

One of the World Iconic Landmark. Always busy and crowded, but it is better at night. It does the blinking lights for about 5 min. Once every hour. A must see when you are in Paris.

You must go to the Eiffel Tower with the Fat Tire Tour Group. They help you skip the long lines, and provide a plethora of information about the monument's history. The second level was the best.

The first tower in Paris!I think it is beautiful to see it from outside, or at night while it bright! But inside, you can only see the panoramica(a very good pano),eat in a restaurant, and buy souvenir

Beautiful site to see! A must go. Beware of pick pockets. Don't be so caught in the ambiance that you aren't aware of your surroundings. Visit at day and night if you can ❤️

Landmark of Paris and a place that you have to visit. If you feel adventurous take the stairs. You'll save a couple euros and enjoy the view for a bit longer. Interesting glass floor in the 1st floor

If the weather's nice, take the stairs at around 7pm to be up there for the golden hour. Then eventually make your way down and watch as the whole tower sparkles every hour.

The symbol of Paris. You probably can't say you've been to Paris if you haven't visited the Eiffel Tower. It may be better to visit it at night, when the lights are turned on.

At the top of the tower enjoy a mesmerizing 360 view of the city of Paris. At the distance, you can see Notre-Dame, Sacré Coeur & several historic landmarks. Stay & enjoy the light show at sunset.

Paying the little extra for the elevator was the best thing we could do! View is amazing!!! 😍 Come prepared if you visit during winter! Cold and wind was crazy up there!

5/14/13: you have two options 1) first level only and about €8, or 2) all the way to the top €14,50. Both are great views, but might as well go to the top! Will take at least 30 min wait time

Book a table at the Jules Verne Restaurant at the tour and go all the way up in a private lift. The food is not what it use to be but it's still good and is a romantic experience to visit the tower.

Great experience! Make sure u book a priority pass ticket, because the line is huge. Once u get on the second floor don't hesitate to buy an extra 6euro ticket to go to the top of the tower

Take the elevator up all the way to the top, the view is amazing and is worth the wait. If you're underneath the tower, look up , there are some intricate designs. Stay for the night show after dark.

A few tips for visiting the Eiffel Tower: Bring cash, be aware that there's swimming at the overlook spot above it, and, if you want to get to the top, be prepared to walk or pay to use the tram.

Do not go to the top. We bought our tix online & we still stood in an hour long line to take the 2nd elevator to the top. It is packed & uncomfortable. 2nd level is perfect & free if you walk stairs.

Get tickets for eating at 58 restaurant, buy online, it will include he lift to first level then (beat the line), ask waiter to sit you with a view of Trocadero if possible. Food is not too good :(

Great views at the top. I would suggest going to the Eiffel Tower both during the day to take pictures and during night to see the light show. Buy food and drinks before because prices are high!

if you don't want to wait in line for the lift and you are halfway fit. You can then take the steps .. its worth it and I made my kid happy. then you can take a lazy boat ride down the seine.

I think the best moment to go there is during the night. It started to lighten and it is then so much beautiful ! And watch it from the Champs de Mars so you have an actual complete view of it.
  • Luis Eduardo C.
The views are not as good as the Arc of triumph but it was a really cool landmark. The elevator to go down its really slow go also in the night and see the lights show from champ de Mars.

Come here when the weather is good. Sometimes it's too cloudy you can't even see the top of it. Also, there are people asking if you understand English. Don't fall into their traps. They may steal.

No sense in going to the 3rd level. Photos through the glass will be dull, and you can't see much from such height. And don't be afraid of climbing up the stairs to avoid queue for elevator.

Although it points skyward, this tower does not appear to be a homing beacon, but rather a decorative metal projection. The humans enjoy going to the top and looking down on those below them smoking.

Try to get your tickets to the top of the tower in advance, waiting time even for tickets bought online is about 20 min. I guess regular tickets can reach up to 4 hours to get access to the tower.
