the waiter were very antipatik :) and needed reservation when many tables were empty
Great starters, very friendly staff.
There's cozy outdoor seating!
Eat in the cosy garden!
Amazing place to have brunch on Sunday and then go to the pier for a walk. Friendly staff nice @atmosphere
Not that great. Felt kind of sick later.
Unnecessarily complicated bathroom soap dispensers.
The cider is magic. Get it spiked if you can.
Marinated mushrooms and olives are a perfect app with red wine!
Always add a side of Brussels sprout with pancetta ---it goes with just about everything!
A great place for cheese lovers.
Found this place on a whim and was really surprised by how good it was. The burger was legendary!
To say his food is hearty and full-flavored doesn't begin to adequately describe how gutsy and aggressive it is. After you've enjoyed what Kuettel cooks for you, the walk will undoubtedly do you good
Dinner in the garden is delightful.
Seared scallops were simple and fresh. The cherry sundae and the banana bread with hazelnut ice cream were just heavenly.
Hope this place makes it! Wandered over from Red Cat (too crowded) and got a nice surprise. Friendly staff. Great food. Reasonable portions. Try the goat cheese gnocchi!
Heaven on earth! Superb place!
Food was average to middling and gave me the squirts. Speaking of bowel movements, service here is absolute shit.
Get the pork chop, it's ridiculous!
I love this place. The burger is supreme. The roast pork sandwich, divine. Duck confit eggs? Yes please. But the brioche? Just came as toast. Total disappointment.
Duck Necks were uniquely great appy. Pork loin was big, tender and juicy, with a great marinade. All three of us had different but great meals and the service was professional, relaxed and attentive.
The food is decent but the service is not that effective and not very friendly.
The garden seating is excellent. Grab the waffles of a filling and really tasty brunch!
Come here a nice day and sit in the little courtyard in the back. It's a great setting.
Butter salad very good, smoked roasted pork loin was great. The sauce was perfect compliment. Gnocchi light and perfect. Great wine options. Nice vibe and waiters let you relax.
Great place for winos! Scallops plate was perfectly cooked and the carrot cake was impeccable! Downside is the bread for the table was a little stale and cold. Really enjoyed sitting in the garden.
Salmon in pork broth was terrific
Hanger steak and sunny side eggs, pretty decent stuff! The bure rosti is defo a must have too!
Quality ice cubes in the cocktails--a nice touch.
The Swiss cheese fondue and gingerbread tart with lemon ice cream is perfect for a dinner for two. Good Sunday night dinner.
Wine lovers rejoice- nothing but cool things on the list. See Aaron at the bar. Food is delicious too- a crepinette & some good dessert is a must.
Try the Tete de Moine cheese (Aka head of the monk).
Try their muffins - fresh and soft with blueberries
You have to experience their omelette - had the greenmarket which had amazing fresh ingredients. Mine had mushrooms, Rhubarb and cauliflower and goat cheese - yummy best omelette in a long long time.
Drink here. (Absinthe cocktails) Eat here (anything)
pork shoulder. do it.
Lovely Swiss restaurant in the heart of West Chelsea. You would think the food would be heavier but its actually perfect. Great below the radar lunch and charming outdoor patio complete the package.
Order the Butter lettuce with buttermilk dressing. It's the best.
Vacherin tastes like burnt pulpo if u ask me....
The complimentary sparkling water is a nice touch...
Spinach gnocchi is unlike any I've ever had. Fantastic. Vegetarian dream.
Heaven for wine lovers! For reds, opt for a Gamay (2009 Beaujolais was a great vintage) or Puffeney's pinot/poulsard blend. For a different white (aka nerd juice), opt for an oxidized savagnin.
Duck Confit Hash!!!!
This place is awesome. Dinner was so good, garden was wonderful. Had salmon and cookie plate for desert.
Try the Steak Tartare With Quail Egg - Onion-y! I preferred it with their sourdough bread instead of the toasted crispies.
Try the La Tur cheese if you like creamy pungent or the Tete de Moine swiss for a smooth mellow taste...both go great with the Austrian red wine...don't remember the name. Oysters were great.
