Be nice to the TSA Employees. .it's not their fault. There's nothing you can do about it here at the checkpoint. Vote and write your Congressmen.

Give pilots and support staff their own line instead of having them cut through the business select line

    Kamal B. · April 5, 2012
  • Mike B.

The far right line takes you through the rights-violating strip search machine. Stay left to avoid getting strip searched & irradiated.

    Mike B. · November 26, 2011
  • Mana I.

Stay away from the lanes on the right. Family lanes actually move faster.

FYI, you don't have to remove your shoes anymore. Take a few minutes before you approach the checkpoint to make sure you have your stuff together to speed the process along.

I don't know why they have priority boarding lanes when they herd you back into the general lanes to wait.

    Brian S. · November 9, 2013

Fly A List on Southwest and you can bypass the massive security line by using the priority lane on the right.

    Cia · October 18, 2013
  • Lane W.

Stay to the left in lane 2, line moves faster because lane 1 is reserved for special needs but agents will let part of lane 2 use the line.

    Lane W. · August 21, 2013
  • Janine S.

Use the middle lanes. They sometimes get TWO reps. Whereas the outer lanes always haves share a single person.

Don't be fooled by the metal detectors and think this is an easy Tsa checkpoint. These guys have no idea what they are looking for. They will also always bag check you.

    Ali S. · December 19, 2012
  • Nauman N.

In the morning, arriving before 430am means no lines. For the early birds, getting in that little bit early means a big difference.

    Andrew R. · June 11, 2011

This is a terrible place to spend the night. But if you take Southwest, you may have to! The desk clerks are rude, and the rent a cops get off on bullying hapless travelers.
