A foodie nirvana. The food is as good as hyped. Order the Chicken Piccata with shrimp. You will not be disappointed. Great selection of Asheville-area craft brews. Biscuits with jam are terrific.

Vegetables and herbs are provided by the owners' own 10-acre farm. A local bakery supplies the bread, and nearby breweries deliver their best beers, including Pisgah's Organic Pale Ale. Read more

Brunch was absolutely amazing! We sat at the bar, in front of Chef Dave. He made great recommendations and kept us entertained. He made the experience that much better! Loved THC!

Go hungry-- everything on the menu is delicious, + they bring you a biscuit with blueberry jam & honey before your meal. Save room for dessert as they've got the best pecan pie in town, hands down.

Hard to choose with so many great choices on this menu! Black bean burger and corn on the cob are delicious! Try the raspberry basil lemonade, but make sure to order a glass of water too.

The fried chicken strombolica was beyond awesome. It came with mashed cheesy cauliflower. (which was so good I ordered an extra side of it!). Eat at the bar- less wait & watch them cook.

Order the Kenny Special: sweet potato pancake with fried chicken and pecans on top. It was named after a waiter named Kenny. Which makes sense.

This cafe is a neighborhood effort - the owners own a farm and also buy locally the bread, chicken, eggs, beer, and even the artwork! Try the salads garnished with herbal flowers.

Good tasty fried chicken over mashed potatoes, same with catfish and grits, fried okra. service good, prices moderate to high noise, diner setting with a modern twist

Had a great breakfast here. Bacon, eggs and grits were awesome along with the biscuit adorned with, you guessed it, honey. I would definitely suggest THC.

Food = 10 | Service =8.5-9 | Hostess = 0. Don't let the salty entrance deter you, it's well worth her drama to get to a table and enjoy the fare.
