The creme brulee was amazing.
On our first visit, this place rocketed to the top of our favorite Boston spots: skillful seasonal cooking plus careful but unpretentious service. Limited but very interesting wine list.
Intimate space with great food and attentive service. Prix fixe menu feels like a good deal at $55. The fois gras creme brûlée and asparagus starters were great, and I loved my rare steak!
Excellent restaurant with tons of events taking place as well. Reservations are a must.
Very romantic. Excellent food.
Stout w espresso and maple syrup; genius.
Fabulous! Must try it pouched pear - Really enjoy it .
get the t.w. chocolate sundae--custardy vanilla ice cream layered w/ hazelnut praline suce, valrhona chocolate gnache, whipped cream & praline crumble. also try the tobacco ice cream!!
This place is amazing! Three of us went for Sunday brunch and were blown away. Outstanding service, great blues music, and a $31 brunch prix fixe option (starter, main dish, dessert or cocktail).
Try the Fois Grad Omelette - Smoothly savored.
Try the Local Parsnip Soup - Delightfully light.
Try the Mimosa - The contessa.
Try the Honey Roasted Pork Loin - Slow snow; sled down to see the Velveteen Rabbit.
Try the Asparagus Cream Appetizer Shot - Blue Velvet.
Get the tasting menu, unbelievable!!
One of the intimate, chef-owned restaurants that have defined Cambridge restaurants in recent years and helped the city rival the best of Boston proper. Also, tobacco ice cream. [Eater 38 Member]
Go for the Prix Fixe menu, it tends to all your whims in one fell swoop and is always satisfying.
Locally only dinner
Brunch. Leek slow poached eggs black trumpet mushrooms. Awesome!
Get the foie gras creme brûlée. Do not even think about it. It's amazing.
The pasta is sublime and homemade of course!
Great food, the chicken was very odd and not the best. Everything else was top notch. Street parking is permit only, but seemed ok.
The creme brûlée foiegras is excellent!
