Just a heads up, if you regularly order Eggs Benedict for brunch, the sauce is ridiculously thick here. I was disappointed because i felt like I was eating a block of melted cheese without the flavor.

The corn beef and hash is a must...real corned beef that's been chopped up (not that mushy canned kind). The hashbrowns are perfect. Country Benedict is also superb.

Best Chilaquiles outside of Guanajuato! But you gotta ask for the eggs to be estrellados (over easy) not scrambled; so much better with the yolk running into the corn tortilla chips...
