This architectural landmark and symbol of the campus is one of the first four buildings on the Westwood campus. Constructed in 1929, Royce Hall was modeled in the style of Romanesque Northern Italy.
The Doors performed back-to-back shows here in December of 1965. These dates were a couple of the first ever performances by the band.

Saw Helios Dance Theatre last month at this venue - it's architecture is beautiful and the lobby bar was convenient for a snack and glass of wine before the performance!
Balcony is great, but binoculars are recommended. Conveniently available for rent for $5 before the show.
The balcony is amazing.
there's a section of the basement that is heated by pipes in the SUB basement. it can get in the 80s there.
Don't forget to look up while you're inside... the ceiling's part of the view in here.
