Skip the reservations needed months in advance and pull up to the bar at USC, where the staff is warm+knowledgable about Danny Meyer's excellent food and wine. Fellow diners and environs are friendly.
The chicken milanesa here is like none other. The chicken cutlet so delicately crumbed and perfectly fried, with a salad on top and salty notes from pecorino, it can't be beat.

Consistently delicious - come for lunch (amazing chicken milanese) or for dinner, where you must get the heirloom tomato salad, followed by the gnocchi. Menu changes daily based on what's in season!

The service was incredible! I would aslo reccommend trying the Roasted Pork Dish, it was delicious!

We were in the mood for seafood and were simply delighted by the food. For starters the oysters on the half shell were super fresh, and the grilled tuna for our entrée was equally as fresh.
A NearSay Restaurant Week Pick! We recommend the Roasted Berkshire Pork Sandwich followed up with a Raspberry Crumb Cake with Raspberry-Lime Sherbet. Yup, we're in love with Danny Meyer too.

The Wild Mushroom Sformato is a MUST -- it's like foie gras for vegetarians. Delicious!
Very good place in Union square. Ambience is cosy. Highly recommended. Try the USC Burger with french fries, lamb and goal cheese omelette and for dessert, Banana Pretzel Tart, Macaron Platter.
This burger is what Shake Shack burgers want to be when they grow up. Heirloom tomato salad and chicken Milanese were also fantastic options.
Had a wonderful dinner here with corn soup first. I had the pork and my wife the scallops. Finished with Key Lime Pie and coffee. Nice sparkling wine to start.

There's a pasta dish there that is still my absolute favorite--even after my trip to Sicily. It's got a tomato-anchovy sauce with breadcrumbs over angel hair, I think. Yum.
We've been coming here for years and love every single meal. Had the lamb chops this time.....amazing!
