Nice views from the lounge. Extremely spacious and has almost everything a lounge can offer. Has decent complimentary wifi as well, great for causal downloading and emailing.

Worst Lounge I ever have been! Totally crowded, looks like everybody can get in. Huge but you don't find a seat. Food sucks. Typical US Airline and United Lounge. If there are marks they get D.

I'm surprised at the rating, frankly. United has made great strides over the last year in particular, and the reviews are quite outdated. Every experience I've had here has been outstanding.

This former Continental lounge is convenient and (under CO) offered decent free snacks - including fresh fruit, cheese, crackers, etc... Vino Volo, nearby in Terminal C good side trip for a meal.

The location is good and convenient but there's no food, just the same few types of snacks. No real cappuccino or espresso, can you believe? One must go to next door Starbucks if coffee savvy ...

#unitedclubdowngrade UA just recently downgraded complimentary drinks to Bud Lights even if you are paying $400+/yr for membership or on a First Class ticket. :( Flyertalk Disc: http://goo.gl/quelcZ

Easily one of the worst airline lounges I've been to. Totally crowded and only crackers and packed cheese to eat. Not up to par with other airlines around the world. Really sad...

    Justin WilliamsDecember 12, 2013
Not only is there no food (crackers & few whole fruit is all the offering), but they don't let you bring in outside food! Need to redesign the lounge as not enough free seats & power sockets. Poor!

Great space! Much bigger than I expected! Not a huge food selection, but the food there was great. Lots of space for lounging, tv watching, office space, and private cubbies.

Quite crowded, almost impossible to find a seat. The food variety is very limited, practically none. You need to pay for alcoholic beverages. Otherwise, it is just ok. Doesn't feel like a lounge.
  • Jose Antonio T.
I don't know why United clubs sucks so bad with their lounges, asked for a bloody mary and the flavor was the most artificial one i have ever tasted. The food option sucks! Always the same: hummus.

Drink wine or a Bloody Mary to avoid the watered-down "house" beers. Grab packets of cookies and carrots on the way out. Be nice to the friendly, overworked servers.

Need to include better liquor their top shelf Liquors are " well" booze anywhere else. No real food..try international airlines lounges to see how it's done..sandwich Sushi..etc

Nothing is good here - they only serve crackers and manufactured cheese wrapped in plastic, you have to pay for drinks and it is so busy and noisy that you actually come out more stressed. Just Awful
  • Mark B.
    Mark Boltz-RobinsonAugust 15, 2015
Completely renovated. Now offers soup, or breakfast items and other nibbles above the previous crackers, cheese, and carrot sticks. Much better layout and power outlets.

Since switching from Continental to United, this place is run down, dirty and poorly maintained. Nothing VIP about it. Less food selections, filthy/torn chairs. Totally nasty

It is about time that United gets their lounges to a 21st century standard. Weird old furniture and what is even worse, they have no food instead of crackers and cheese wrapped in plastic!

For the cost of membership they should offer a lot more. House wines are pretty bad and only have Coors light and Miller. Expensive for pay wines and beer

No "real" food to be had here, only snacks. In that way it disappoints more than other star alliance clubs. No salads or sandwiches, really? Even US Suckways offers that in their clubs!
  • Marsk O.
    Marsk OngMay 31, 2013
You don't get a life like Ryan Bingham here. No cheap sushi, sandwiches, or the likes. But decent wifi and shower rooms. Good place to while your time away.

Overcrowding common, free house wines awful, pay premium choices decent. Terrible facility w/ few charging stations & poor quality snacks. Embarrassing for an international business class club.

Not much in ways of food. However, there are free beer, but you have to ask for it. In comparison a pretty shitty lounge when it comes to options if you ask me.

United Club started charging for a lot of drinks they were not previously charging for. It is bull crap. Baileys is $6. Dewars is $9. Beware. You are better off going to restaurant or wine bar

See the shower valet for a private stall to freshen up between flights. If u give your credit card as a deposit there are free lockers to stow your stuff. I needed a large one to hold my carry on.

We are impressed with the changes and attitude at the United club. Delta and American left them so far behind it is nice to see they get the message. We may swing back to more united flights

You can also get in here with the Priorty Pass. Like others have said, nothing to impressive, but it is a small haven of quiet in the midst of bussling terminal C.

This place is crawling with people. We walked around for 10 minutes trying to find two open seats and there were non. They need to make this place more exclusive.

snag a spot by the window, comfy chairs and you can see flights arriving and departing ... their TV lounge and showers are also great

Decent lounge. They have recently upgraded the furniture, which helps a lot. This lounge can get very busy at peak times.

The beer is still good, the snacks are pretty crappy. How do you ruin an apple? PClub figured it out. The ladies at the front, though, are great!!

Formerly free spirits are now premium. Go to the bar next door, better pour for less money. Another new United low.

Keep your feet off the otherwise perfectly foot-height coffee tables! Want an ottoman? Use your carry-on. They *will* speak sternly to you about it. Especially when it's less crowded.

Try and avoid the PC's on Weekends. Full of parents with their very loud kids. Hell, just try to avoid traveling on weekends, period.

Always crowded with limited food. Best when thought of as a bar with Wi-Fi away from the crowded gates.

The only good thing about this PC is the free Wi-Fi. The "food" is lackluster and children are brought inside far too frequently.

Ghetto as far as President's Clubs go. Bad food and limited spirits selection. Better off going to Vino Volo on the otherside of the food court.

Bar isn't open till Noon on Sunday. You'll have to wait till you get to your 1st Class seat for a belt

Fast wifi and hot showers. No food just "snacks", cheap ugly booze, noisy kids. This is unacceptable for a Business lounge.

Ghetto Club!! What the hell is going on with service and amenities. United needs a lesson or two from other international carriers that offer superior service.

Great Bloody Mary from both the petite ladies. The brown haired one does a mean 'spicy water'.
