Like every United Club, I envy for lounges of every other airline

    Joe Dudas · August 14
  • Selin A.

Don't waste much time here. No decent food, no service and much dirt

    Selin Acik · May 8
  • Paul R.

This club is a pit of despair. Head either to the E/F club or the B18 club (or hang out in the terminal. It's likely to be less crowded).

    Paul Rasmussen · April 19
  • Jeff W.

    Too crowded

    Jeff Wittich · October 4, 2014
  • Daniele G.

Free WiFi. Use the PassPhrase available at the desk

This place was probably pretty fancy at the beginning of the Clinton administration and a pretty good deal at the beginning of the Reagan administration.

    Adam Lang · August 15, 2014
  • Asten

For United's HQ hub, their Clubs are embarrassing.

    Asten · June 8, 2014
  • Richard

Like most @United clubs, there's little exclusive about this place—just a different corner of the airport with seats, lamps, outlets, and free bad beer.

    Richard · March 5, 2014
  • William

Order a house Bloody Mary spicy and with horseradish. You won't be disappointed.

    William · November 19, 2013

Head down to the far end past the bar for a more private visit. Don't forget to grab some reading materials for your flight! Safe Travels! ~@travelblawg

    Yogurt covered raisins! Yay!

    Peter Shankman · November 5, 2013

Nice chairs...bad service, everything empty, alcohol costs unless it's bud light :-(

    Matt Eichler · October 20, 2013
  • Dona B.

They don't have soy milk but there's a great selection of teas!

    Thank you Robin

Donut holes! My kids are in heaven even though it's 5 in the morning. Nicely done.

    Lin irl · July 7, 2013
  • Allen H.

Not worth a membership fee if you intend to try and work, no seats, very limited desk space and Internet is from 1985 - lost connect 12 time in 30 minutes

    Allen Hunt · June 27, 2013
  • Allen H.

Very crapy Internet service in the lounge, be better off at Starbucks, certainly not what I'd call a business lounge

    Allen Hunt · June 27, 2013
  • Devin M.

Been to this club many times and the bartenders are never friendly!

    Devin Mills · June 23, 2013
  • René G.

Don t be hungry. Only fruits and fast food. Typical service of US airlines

    René Greubel · June 12, 2013
  • Jim S.

United Club on C Concourse is much nicer than this one

    Jim Stevens · June 7, 2013
  • Luis R.

Glenfiddich bar set up in this lounge today... I am guessing that this may be a promotional tour and not permanent?

    Luis Rimoli · June 7, 2013
  • Jason B.

UAL is fine. Great people who do a hell of a job in difficult circumstances. Take it from a 2m mile flier...

    Jason Balogh · April 30, 2013
  • Jared P.

Avoid all those animals in the airport. Bring a ziplock baggie to take some snacks with you. The club in F is newest and the one in C has a shower :D

    Jared P · April 7, 2013
  • Justin S.

Chairs to the right of the escalators are the coolest area of the Club. It gets very warm at and past the bar

    Justin Schenck · December 27, 2012
  • Shawn

Busy lounge but really convenient spot. Good magazines and papers too

    Shawn · December 18, 2012
  • Tom F.

Just say NO to face-timing unless you have a mic and earphones with you. Nobody wants to listen to your conversation.

    Tom Fox · December 2, 2012
  • Gail C.

Don't leave without a bag of Garrett's popcorn!

    Gail Chew · November 29, 2012

So alcohol is not free if you request what you want. I ordered a Pinot Grigio and it was $10 credit card only. Ouch

    Rhonda Scharf · October 4, 2012
  • @joe4pres

Jordan for $12 a glass... Non-premium stuff is FREE!

    @joe4pres · August 30, 2012

In a couple if months a new lounge will open in Terminal 2. This so far is the least favorable lounge for united I've been too.

    James Doug Thompson · August 20, 2012
  • Amar W.

Solid Domestic Club; renovated with the usual amenities; bustling with a cross section of flyers; high ceilings; natural sunlight; no showers. B.

    Amar Weisman · August 19, 2012
  • Laurie D.

Great Cookies and snacks but Grab a bite to eat if you are hungry before entering.

    Laurie DesAutels · July 22, 2012

    Steve Kallmeyer · July 16, 2012
  • Kevin C.

    Crazy stuffy in here

    Kevin Chiu · May 25, 2012
  • David A. C.

Always have had good things to say about the club but things are going downhill fast. For the money I pay, I expect more.

    David A. Chapa · May 9, 2012
  • Jeff

They've got the good expresso machine here

    Jeff · March 30, 2012
  • Bob P.

Wow, worst Club ever. Way too small for the crowd.

    Bob Palacios · February 29, 2012
  • Eric B.

Worst United Club at O'hare. Poor snacks, blaring bright lighting, & uncomfortable seating. The only saving grace is that every seat has an outlet. Go to concourse C for a better experience.

    Eric Bown · January 27, 2012
  • Thomas C.

Lots of plugs. Get a soft chair.

    Thomas Cagley · January 24, 2012

if you have Priority Pass you can use this club.

    Lynn Voss · January 9, 2012

Get the Amaretto Sour from Señor Gato - the brotha will hook you up. Fuego, baby. Fuego.

    Arthur Lapies · December 14, 2011
  • Marc J.

@RayT it's not shabby...it's new. Cheap, yes...but at least most of the seats don't have the foam coming out of giant gashes! I think they are leaving c16 alone to remind us how bad it used to be!

    Marc Johnson · October 18, 2011
  • Ray T.

Pro: plenty of power outlets. Cons: kind of shabby, but that matches terminal 1.

    Ray Toler · October 8, 2011
  • Michael K.

As a Presidents Club member it is not up to the comfort and cleanliness standards of most President's Clubs.

    Michael Kent · June 23, 2011

No window, go to the other club for sweet jumbo jets flanking the clun

    jeremy phillips · April 14, 2011
  • Alan H.

Total nonesense of a frequent flyer lounge. Pay for drinks and the food looks like breakfast cereal with a few tomatoes and celery thrown in for good measure.

    Alan Hutton · April 9, 2011
  • Colin A.

Upgraded bathrooms! Definitely a nice place to crap

    Colin Anderson · March 21, 2011
