It is pretty good lounge. Recommend to go here, relax, get something hot to eat, even shower.Departure from United Clubs in US, say Chicago, that has much less amenities &not even nice place to be.

One of the best United clubs so definitely stop in if you have time before your flight. Much better selection of food and drinks (spirits, wine and sodas) than US locations.

Probably the best UC in the system. Even at peak times, typically has good seating. Not even close to the Cathay lounge quality, but good for killing time for a couple of hours.

The worst airport lounge. The showers smell so bad they make you feel sick, the pipes are blocked and as expected from Americans - not a single healthy food option in sight - deep fried & deeper fried

By far the best united club lounge I've been to. Small but good selection of warm Asia and western food, fruit, juices. Spacious not cramped. Showers. Nice bathrooms.

Very spacious. Lots of different seating areas and also food displays. Nice liquor selection even including Triple Sec. Shower room is of a nice size.

Much more private than the "velvet rope" see through Thai Airways Royal First Class Lounge. Highly recommended if you have Star Alliance Gold status.

Perfect location if flying to Chicago, near Gate 60. A little warm inside, need to crank up the A/C but food and drink selections are not bad at all.

Possibly the best United Club in the system. This lounge is shared with ANA as well provides access to all Star Alliance Gold members.

There are two food counters. Make sure you do walk around before choosing. Great food and very relax airline lounge in Asia Pacific region.

Ask for hair dryer before entering shower! I did find that annoying but the sushi was great and I liked having views of gates.

The new United Club at LHR is better, but this one is ok, too. It's so ironic that United has its best lounges outside the U.S.

this lounge is more relaxed the the Thai lounge - but you'll get the best food at Singapore lounge, near Gate 15.

I can't quite follow the rave reviews, but the lounge is very nice and convenient for most Star Alliance flights. It's large, generous and has great staff.

Remember you need give yourself more time at the gate as there is a second security check. Don't take any water with you from the lounge!

Front desk will loan AC adapter for U.S. style plugs, if you leave them your boarding pass. Wifi works well.

Fastest bankrupt ever! From Business Class to Homeless status in 2 hours. Flight to NYC delayed 24h and they informed the passengers - there's no hotel in HK. Sorry

Food isn't that great to be honest. Variety, but if you get there late in the evening, it's cold stale

If need to take a shower, put your name in early as there can become a waitlist.

If this is the best lounge United has to offer, I weep for the future. God I should've booked Cathay instead.

Read more
