Often crowded. Wifi is ok, but doesn't seem much better than SFO wifi.
Good luck getting VPN through the United wifi
Worse food selection, if you even call it food.
No shower equipped. Food is not so good :(
GREAT Bloody Marys!
Some of the front desk staff are confused and preoccupied.
This club location is well hidden on the upper level and can be difficult to find. Between concourses E and F, look for a small sign high on the wall, then down the secret hallway and up the elevator.
House wine free and drinkable. Premium wines much higher quality but not free. If you have a united branded credit card, there is often a discount.
I feel it's a flagship Club. Very well themed. Not as fancy as the newer ones but a classic.
Open until 11:45 PM
Can't compare with other star alliance airlines' lounge at all- like Singapore airline or Asiana airline.
Worst coffee I have ever had
The lounge was fully packed and there were literally no free seats available. Food consists of snacks only and drinks are low quality. Avoid if possible!
Brand new and terrible. Tiny, all open so there is no privacy, no business center. I hope this is not the future of United clubs.
WiFi is slow and useless. Use your own hotspot. Bathrooms and doors are dirty. Free snacks are good. Place is overcrowded. One of the worst clubs in US.
The quiet room at the very back is quite splendid if you have a long wait.
One if the better lounges in the US. Still a far cry from lounges overseas: http://boardingarea.com/unroadwarrior/2014/02/02/lounge-review-united-lounge-tokyo-narita-airport/
Don't pay for access if not included in your ticket. "food" is snack junk food like cookies. WiFi is impossible slow. I'm not a happy MP member at the moment.
They have wifi, if you're willing to bear the noise and crowds
Find a place to relax in the back area past the bar as it is much quieter""
Walk all the way to back instead of finding a place to relax in the front areas as the back area is much quieter.
Forgot how nice this club is. Never regretted spending the money once I'm inside, if I end up with an hour or more to kill. You get two free passes if you sign up with the Mileage Plus Visa.
Total disappointment NO food other than prematurely cut bananas crappy crackers and carrots. $550 a year??? Please not even the shitty free Chardonnay is worth that much.
Cappuccino machine ! Wish all United clubs had these
Club "open" until 11:30, but all food/bar gone at 10:45. Thanks, United.
Much improved! New carpet & furniture have made a huge difference.
Strong vodka drinks take the edge off before the flight 👍
There really needs to be a sign here that says, "If you cannot get your children to behave, you will be asked to leave and not to return." Actually, that sign needs to be everywhere.
This place is cold as ever in the summer!
The mysterious brown things in the dispenser are chocolate covered raisins. Try the free Financial Times, but beware the crossword.
Awkwardly listen to iBankers try to live out an "Up In The Air" fantasy by picking up traveling business women with "we should get lunch next time you're in town", then handing business card.
Food selection is ridiculously bad.
Wi fi available
This is undeniably the most well-designed and luxurious United Clubs I have ever been to. Wonderful food and beverage selection and it truly feels like you are in a 5 star hotel!
To counter other tips, I've had great service whenever I've been here. My trick: sit at the bar.
Sieera Nevada hefe weitzen is also complementary here. Nice!
Looks nice when walking into the reception area, then you get to the lounge... The furniture is in desperate need of a refresh. The snacks are the same as any other United Club. Beer & wine are free.
Absolutely freezing and no accommodation possible. Bring a jacket. Food is pretty good and people are nice.
Bring back the mint tea and hot chocolate, don't think we don't notice you cutting back as you raise the price!
Use the Club in the International Terminal for early morning flights, the line is much smaller
The chairs all have an impressive collection of mystery stains on them. Ick.
Surprisingly bare bones, but good natural light.
Beer, house wine and house liquor no longer cost.
After gone through the comments posted here you wonder if anyone from UA actually is reading this...
Man, these folks are picky. This is a great club. One of the nicest I've seen. Lots of semi private work spaces at the back. Great drinks. Snacks are fine too.
The gorgeous rotunda is something that can be easily overlooked when one walks in.
Pre-check is at the security at the far left towards the international gates, but they close at 6 PM.
Thumbs-up to Milano cookies! Standard, I know, but this classic cookie doesn't go out of style :)
Slow checkin for 1st class, plane and seats are dirty; first class cabin smells like an old chicken coop. Never again!
