The larger of the two domestic United Clubs, there is usually plenty of space to grab a seat (preferably by the window). Lots of good snacks, coffee, and a make-your-own soda machine.

This lounge is breathtakingly bad. Easily one of the worst I’ve been to in any airport for any airline. United needs to step their game up.

Could/should do so much better: shabby carpets and sofas, paltry food and drinks selection, overall unappealing and unwelcoming design. In a few words, your typical US airline lounge.

Bland: from food and drink to furniture and facilities, this lounge has all the ambience of a poorly-funded library. Saving grace? Plentiful power at each seat for a pre-flight charge. Eat elsewhere.

You have to go to Harmony right next door some really great stuff great for last minute gifts or even necessities for a flight

One of the better RCC lounges but still not as good as the Air Canada MLLs.

The food and beverages is much better at the JFK airport united terminal. They have no selection here. And what they did have they ran out of.

They now serve "food" in the bar. United rcc in SFO is poor at best , expensive and lacks decent amenities!

Incredibly clean showers, no wait. Little bag of toiletries in case you lost yours. Towel warmer, hot water, plenty of space, hair driyer.

I agree with @loic: United has a lot to learn from European airlines for their lounges. Virgin's rocks but BA or LH are good as well!

Eat elsewhere in the terminal. There's very little food in the lounge, and it's poor quality - but it does make the in-flight meals look good by comparison!
