People tend to check in during these times:
The staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful. The lounge itself is a bit shoddy - food offerings are poor at best, drinks are mediocre. They need to step it up like LHR.
Breakfast: croissants, pound cake, yogurt parfait bar, oatmeal bar, and cereal. Illy coffee, tea, orange juice, and water for beverages.
Large, older lounge.
Quiet, but really bad coffee and someone thought cream of rice is better than oatmeal
What a dump and a bit of a shock if you're transferring from international to domestic at ORD. Nowhere near NH's standards.
Yeah United. Finally some upgraded snacks. It's a hearty soup, real fresh fruit, and some decent crackers and bread. Not quite a meal and limited if you have any dietary restrictions but a step up.
Craft beer (goose island) is not complimentary. And I can't buy it now because the credit card machine is down (no cash payment?).
This is a very mediocre United Club. It features wifi, cheese and crackers, hummus, $3 Honkers Ale, and some tired and dated furniture. The United Club in T2 is much better.
Good place if you like stale food and bad customer service at the bar.
Blue Moon on tap? Yes, please!
I've been to many Star Alliance lounges around the world, and United by far ranks the worst. There are no food options. Drinks are 1) orange juice from concentrate 2)coffee from a horrible machine.
There are showers in this lounge, unlike most United Club locations.
Very nice and quiet. We had a guest pass. Really enjoyed the "delay"!
A rest before I leave
Great relaxed environment before a flight , the bagels are excellent !..
as bad as all United Clubs and any other United Service!
Need a restroom? Go out to the terminal—they're nicer (and often better maintained).
Free drinks (well). But snacks not so good. You can not bring in outside good? Why? They don't sell any?
Nice lounge with a view, lot of space and free WiFi. Basic food
Seems to get a lot more star alliance visitors and one of last clubs that has not been renovated. United - get us another club for terminal C and spruce this one up!
They won't let you in with outside food or drink! They want to force you to buy theirs. Cause airlines have such a rich culinary pedigree. Off to AA Admirals lounge.
worst coffee award!
Biggest united club. Lots of space to get work done. Very spicy Bloody Mary.
Well drinks are free, but you should tip the bartender.
Don't try to get in with your codeshare aer lingus flight and gold membership. Doesn't work. :(
JB is a super funny bartender. Stop by to see him when at O'hare.
Be sure to have a couple pre-flight beverages just in case your plane hits a truck on the tarmac. Trust me, you'll be pleased you did.
Nice showers hidden in the back...just ask at the reception
United has a lot to improve. I've used Singapore, Thai and Lufthansa lounges. United definitely has the worst lounge out of all. Charging outlets are hard to find, mugs are dirty and less food choices
Easiest WiFi setup of any airport club. Don't even have to click thru a terms acceptance
Finally a proper shower for domestic and int'l travelers... @united finally reaching to @Lufthansa level
carrot sticks and pepper cheese. no hot meals offered. back to the 90s charm. no comparison to lufthansa.
Another policy change... now they're charging $3 for Heineken.
This @united club has a shower! Will have to make note of it on my next transit!
No more wi-fi cards requires. It's now unlocked (and faster than the Hilton's wi-fi).
Blue Moon cost me $3. After 6 grand for a ticket this is a con.
Now they charge for all the beers except for Bud Light.
#unitedclubdowngrade UA just recently downgraded complimentary drinks. If you are looking for a drink, you might want to stay away from United Clubs! :( Flyertalk Disc: http://goo.gl/quelcZ
The bar tenders here are top notch and very attentive. Awesome spicy Bloody Mary
The front desk lady is extremely rude!
You can not bring food in. but the food they offer are horible, either very salty or sweet. nothing comforting. Even baby carrot is bad.
No wifi codes, opens at 4:30. Pretty standard old white dude crowd.
Unhelpful rude staff
the quiet room is everything i need after a long flight with screaming kids. YES!!!!! (i mean "yes" shhhh)
Always mediocre snacks. But the drinks keeps flowing, the bartenders are always nice, and the view can be great depending on the time of the day. No need for wifi card anymore, just connect and go.
Open wifi now. No cards or codes needed
Juan makes a mean hand made Bloody.
This now ranks as one of the oldest, most ratty red rugs in the US.
