Even if ASSSSCAT is sold out weeks in advance online, come a few hours early and buy a ticket to any of their other improv shows. Add your name to the wait list, you'll very likely get in to the show!

Cheap or free entertainment 7 nights a week. Always amazing. And the best parking situation I've encountered. There's always a spot on the street.

SWARM was not very funny. A few chuckles here and there, but I wouldn't see it again.
This place is a firetrap. Make sure you identify the exits.
Don't come in Friday or Saturday. Lines ridiculous and parking is worse.
See up-and-coming comedians for $10 or less.

Almost every show is funny. Love this place. Better than most movies.
Generally unfunny; failed to fill me with mirth when the world is crumbling all around.
UCB is always a great time! If you're looking for a laugh go see any show! Check out a student show and support them and their hard work.

If you want a show that will really make you laugh, do the Friday night improv musical at 11 p.m. If they can sing and improvise, you know they're good.
Get here a few minutes early so you don't have to valet park. If you want to be even cheaper, take your clothes off at birds.
A.S.S.C.A.T. is the best show at UCB
If there was one thing I could do all day every day, it would be to live in the UCB Theatre. By far the best experience you'll have out here in terms of comedy,, improv, and theatre overall
The 11:00 PM show on Thursday nights is a must-see: Convoy and The Last Day of School txt Message Show. Get your tickets early, because it sells out! Get there early, too!

You really can't go wrong with the free Doug Loves Movies podcast tapings at 7:30 on Tuesday nights. Get in line early (usually starts forming around 5) and make an awesome name tag!
