This post office in regards to sending things out isn't so bad at all. However! If they're the location in charge of delivering your mail.. Oh goodness.....

Go to the Jollyville location instead. This place really scraped the bottom of the barrel for the shitty employees they have here. Seriously rude as fuck. No wags, I'd rather puppy shit on the floor.

I HATE THIS PLACE. I'm no racist, but there are 2 black ladies that work here (I think one is a manager) and they are both VERY RUDE!! not only to me but other customers as well, & not just today.

They no longer leave forms (change of address, certified slips, certified return receipts, etc) on customer side of the counter. You have to wait in line to ask for them. Better to print at usps.com

As with most post offices, it's a prerequisite to be a complete asshole to work here.

If Howard (dark man in his 40s) calls you on your turn. Pass. Very rude employee who doesn't want to serve those that are paying his salary.

There's no photocopy service available and the unfriendly clerk isnt willing to make one for you, even when offered cash to do it. No wonder why people are so bitter
