The nature center is a neat place to bring kids. They can see a desert tortoise, snakes, and spiders.

Hiking the wind cave trail is better than using a stair master at the gym. Support AZ parks & trails.

Get out early on Pass Mountain loop. It can get hot at the back of the mountain.

Move your bike over the gate, but don't try to carry it. And if you fall, always shove the bike away from you. Starting out a 7-mile ride with a busted knee is no fun!
