If you really want to study, go to the basement level or to the quiet floors.
problems with annoying students talking about stupid things and chasing eachother around you while you try and study? Try the higher floors or the lab in university hall for piece and quiet.
Spend some time on the computers, finishing up a paper and/or neglecting your studies.
