A nature trail. A running track. (2) golf courses AND a museum? If they added a zoo & rink, you might confuse this place with Central Park! Ideal for bird watching and tree gazing in all it's glory!!!
If you want a near wilderness experience and you live in the city, this is the park for you. It's a bit similar to Central Park, but better.

the 2.5 mile XC course is really tough, especially the hills over the bridge. if you're lucky enough to run the 1.25 mile Freshman course its easy, no bridge/one hill only,

The back hills are tough on the 3 mile loop but it's beautiful and peaceful.
