Great Dumplings for Less. Spend $1 for 4 dumplings, and $1.50 for vegetable soup and you'll be satisfied

Overrated, there are a ton of other dumpling spots in the area that don't take 30 minutes to bring out your food.

This is a no no for good authentic Chinese dumplings. This place caters to non-Asians and thus why it's so popular on Yelp. Go to any other Chinese restaurants or even small noodle shops!

Vanessa may be known for her dumplings, but her Sesame Pancake Sandwiches is why she’s on the list! Our favorites are the Peking Duck and the Roasted Pork.

Stick to the sesame pancake sandwich. The peking duck sandwich was delish. The dumplings were pretty tasteless and nothing special.

You can't come through here without the Peking Duck scallion pancake. Separates this from the uptown location by metaphorical miles.

Every New Yorker has their food mistress, and Vanessa on Eldridge is one of the most addictive. Dollar dumplings, buns, and pancakes will keep you faithful.

Simply not good. Go to any other dumpling place in Chinatown, it's as cheap and tastes better.

Very cheap but also extremely tasty! Take dumplings with hot sauce, it's amazing (but spicy so beware!). Kimchi is great. 12 pork dumplings+kimchi+red bean bun=$8.50 and it was a lot of food I can say
