    My questions were all answered. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Selling is their job so you have to expect something of a sales pitch. Ask for Desiree.

    The employees here are assholes. If you have a problem with your phone, CALL VERIZON FIRST. They will be more helpful and more personable and more likely to replace your phone for free.

    Try SPRINT right around the corner. They are much more helpful and friendly. PLUS, service and rates are better.

    Just left the store and the manager Jason was very rude and not helpful at all. my phone was acting up He said looks fine now and handed it back. Next person said it happens sometimes...Not helpful :(

    Jack, the assistant manager, was incredibly condescending and rude. My father got a dud phone for Christmas. It DID NOT work. He was told he would have to pay $85 for a replacement. Goodbye, Verizon.

    Worst experience almost every time I go to this store. Avoid at all costs! The sales people are rude and unhelpful.

    Switch to Sprint. They will treat you better and won't rip you off with services that you didn't order.
