Who says you can't have delicious, greasy vegan food? (Not Vertical Diner.) I loved everything I got there: Buffalo Tigers, Fried Chicken Sandwich, and local beer. Super-friendly service too!

Horizontal dining would be a challenge, but perhaps veggie shots off the tummy would work!

One of the few all vegan restaurants here in Salt Lake City. Everything is fantastic, but I recommend going the 'Diner Comfort Food' route. My favorite would have to be the burrito.

For a medium appetite try the anti-great-depression special. Scramble & home fries covered in gravy for just under 5 bucks. Yum!

TBLT is the rock. They serve Cafe Ibis, so if you are getting an "Avalanche" get your perfectly nutty refills. Be prepared to set aside time... this is not "fast food" and I like it that way.

if you are leaving the airport for the mountains, stop off I 80 at this place for hardcore vegan burgers, gluten-free beer and peops with chest pieces that read "vegan" in script. good playlist too.

VERTICAL has amazing diner style vegan food, it cures any craving vegans may have BUT the service is always very slow, they're bad at refilling coffees and are totally forgetful.

Your one stop shop for food poisoning, a filthy kitchen and beyond mediocre food. Restaurants like this are why people think vegetarian/vegan food is gross.
