Check your sandwich before you leave! I got back to work before I realized mine was wrong and I couldn't eat it. Super frustrating!

Same mediocre sandwiches (incl same mediocre bread), now more expensive and with a chaotic order process.

Despite its name, it is not, in fact, a cheese shop. Amazingly delicious sandwiches, but don't expect to come here for your triple creams bries or maytag bleus.

Sandwiches are great here but this place can be slooooowwwww, like 30 minutes for your sandwich at peak hours. Don't go here expecting a quick lunch.

Ask for the "Old Fashion". It will change your life. Quite possibly, the best sandwich in the Bay Area.

Don't bother, a shadow of it's former self. Sandwiches made with a recipe, not with love. Cold and uninviting layout and staff. Major disappointment. Some things are better left unchanged. Sad.
