NYC's First BBQ Restaurant, Celebrate 20yrs in Times Square NYC!
It's a little over priced for what you get. The Chicken Fried Steak was okay & the side dishes were iffy.
Amazing BBQ food - really is close to what we found in Nashville and Memphis! Friendly staff too
La hamburguesa es exquisita... Y con su carne de media libra sentirás el sabor de USA
Great barbecue place!
portions are huge, but definitely quality food.
Luv the pulled pork sammy......it's messy!;)
Ask for Livia. She'll take care of you.
Livia is the best server evah! =)
Much better BBQ than you would expect for times square. If there are 2 of you, get two combos to share - brisket, pulled chicken pulled pork and the trash ribs. You won't leave hungry
So this is my first time here, im sitting at the bar,the friendly bartender is knowledgable about the food &I have to say, I got chickenfriedsteak w/mashed &collards, these collards are the best ever
Hush puppies. HUSH PUPPIES. !!!!
La carne en general es deliciosa, el pollo carolina y las cotillas sin palabras, excelsas. Las alas de pollo no van fritas, sino al carbón, lo cual da un sabor excelente!
Nice place smoked bbq pork (doydum baya ) ;)
Authentic BBQ but the portions are too big! Ordered 3 starters for 3 people and there was enough food to feed 10! Really nice food though :-)
The BBQ nachos were killer. Their sauce is amazing!
Steak, kitchen,... Todo
Get the pick 3
Seriously good stuff! Get the pick 3 and split it
The Memphis ribs are out of this world!!! Do not put extra barbecue on them! And the cornbread is amazing as well.
Favorites include the nachos, hush puppies, and chicken wings! Frozen mojitos were also a hit👌. Servers and manager were incredibly friendly; huge fan, went twice in one day!
Uma supresa de lugar, parece turistão mas não é, comida tipica americana, uma delicia, recomendo👍
The best plate is their brisket. And I love their Maple Butter abd Biscuits. I pick only biscuits for my sides!
Dry ribs was great. Huge dishes.
Sucks!!! Do not even try!!!
The brisket and 1/4 BBQ chicken combo is an excellent choice. The ribs are great too. My plus one and I had the hush puppies with maple butter and the wings for starters. Try the honey lemonade.
The grits and mac and cheese rock. I get one of these sides every time I go!
BBQ is meh, but the trainwreck fries and mac and cheese are awesome.
Be careful .. HUGEST plates on planet Earth 😰. Try the chicken wings 👌
Not the best, but you can get very good authentic BBQ at this Times Square institution. Get reservations to avoid the wait.
Steak and pull pork
BBQ is slammin
Brisket is great; the BBQ nachos are to die for
Really good. Try you wont regret.
Great food! Hush puppies a must!
$3.75 for any non-alcoholic drink that comes from a tap?! $3.75 for a single glass of seltzer!!!
Get the platter with the tri tip, the ribs, all the meats and just enjoy. Good flavors with or without sauce. The hushpuppies are awesome.
Their side dishes were better than the meat itself, but overall it was a very good meal. Recommendation: get the mac and cheese!
Brisket came out cold. Sent back and they microwaved the entire plate, even biscuit. Even funnier the guy tried to be smart and tell me that's how brisket is. Not in Texas buddy!
The wings are amazing! The Blue cheese dressing is my favorite ever!! Brisket, pulled pork and pulled xhicken are very good too. Try the cornbread. We come here every time we make a trip to NYC <3
Don't go there when it's crowded, you'll feel like cattle being forced fed and "kindly" hurried to finish your plate so that other cattle can take your place in the stable.
OMG!!! This place was Awesone!!!! The onion rings are to die for!!!!! A must again!!
Chicken fried steak was awesome
If you're hungry somewhere near Times Square, this is the place you'll need to stop. Great food, short waiting time, prices aren't too high.
I took the advice of trip advisor reviews and didn't order an entree by myself. I got the trash rubs appetizer and it was a perfect size. Good happy hour deals too.
Virgil's was inspired by some of the most notable BBQ in the South. Now you can try Southern cooking right in the middle of Times Square.
Wings and train wreck fries are delicious.
