Service is slow but the waitress is super nice. A little over priced but food was good

Wish I had read the reviews. Agree. Great food, beyond terrible and slow service. Was painful!!

    Jill Eastman · March 15, 2011

Good food, bad service, high prices. The best thing about the place is the view, (and it isn't that good)!

    Eric Lawless · June 5, 2010

I wish the service matched the food. The waiter refused to split a check even though the menu said it was possible. Waiter (David) was rude. Food was delicious, a little expensive.

There is always a breeze in this classic Port A restaurant & the views of the waterfront/marina can't be beat! Try a burger, blackened fish sandwich or fresh ahi tuna salad. There's a bar upstairs too

Crab cake meat is nice fine texture w/a light crunchy coating. 2 crab cakes in a serving. Hushpuppies are dreamy dipped in melted butter!

I'm a huge stickler about po boys (being from Louisiana) and I was highly impressed with their oyster po boy. Amazing service and yummy crab cakes! We will definitely be visiting again.

Great service & even better food! Get the Cajun Dump if you want a mixture of spicy crab, shrimp & sausage. The Clam chowder was yummy. The peel & eat shrimp is a better deal than the shrimp cocktail.

    Tami Price · June 9, 2014

My claim chowder was interesting, overdone rubber clam, and a mix of overdone and raw potatoes. My shrimp were tastless. And my wife's shrimp cocktail, the shrimp still needed to be peeled.

The service and food were on point. Wife and I had po boys and I highly recommend them.

Virginia's sits right by the water, so the view is quite wonderful (for Texas's coast, that is). They have great margaritas and plenty of space upstairs to drink them while you wait to be sat.

They dress your beer in a coozie at the bar...cuz its so humid here evening at night. How sweet huh? :-)

Have gone many times and it has always been good but now they have new people and it sucked once we got seated the waiter sucked and the management was no better would not recommend :((

Overpriced. Bad food. Bad service. When we asked if the $20 fish entrees were caught locally (the restaurant is literally on the beach) we were told "no everything is frozen." Pity.

People kind of rude when we walked in so the food better be good or I'm gonna throw someone in the water!

Bad service, overpriced food and watered down cocktails. On the plus side: best oysters I have ever had.
