Tiny room facing a concrete wall for $400. Great location but ask questions about the room if you care about size.

Not impressed with this hotel. The rooms are very small even when you upgrade. You'll get a lot of street noise from the Lexington Avenue so try to request a room at the back.

Convenient location in midtown. The room was perfect considering it being in NYC. Room was clean and fresh every time we came back to the hotel. No complaints.

Finding an elite hotel gym in the heart of Midtown isn’t always easy. One stuffed with treadmills, elliptical trainers, circuit machines, steppers, and Stairmasters is impossible—unless you’re here. Read more

As an SPG Platinum, I've been able to try out every Statwood Hotel in NYC... This W left room for wanting. Small rooms, obstructed views (I was told I was upgraded). You will be left underwhelmed.

The rooms are kinda small but when you think about it, you don't visit New York City to spend time in a hotel. That issue aside, the hotel is very well located in midtown Manhattan.

Week of September 30, they're updating the wifi - hopefully past users will see an improvement. Still one of my favorite hotels, despite the small rooms.

Decent cleanliness. Same as any other W when it comes to look & feel. Rooms have very little natural light though. Not pleasant when waking up or getting ready. True, even on floor 15.

The couches in the main lobby are visibly dirty and torn. Rooms are like a shoe box and our view was of a construction in the alley way. We also paid over 500. So not worth it!!
