    It's not the smartest W in NYC but the location is great. 5mins from Grand Central, 5mins from MoMA etc. Amazing bar, HUGE gym...I love the W NYC

    Not impressed with this hotel. The rooms are very small even when you upgrade. You'll get a lot of street noise from the Lexington Avenue so try to request a room at the back.

    Convenient location in midtown. The room was perfect considering it being in NYC. Room was clean and fresh every time we came back to the hotel. No complaints.

    As an SPG Platinum, I've been able to try out every Statwood Hotel in NYC... This W left room for wanting. Small rooms, obstructed views (I was told I was upgraded). You will be left underwhelmed.

    The rooms are kinda small but when you think about it, you don't visit New York City to spend time in a hotel. That issue aside, the hotel is very well located in midtown Manhattan.

    Week of September 30, they're updating the wifi - hopefully past users will see an improvement. Still one of my favorite hotels, despite the small rooms.

    Very good service, modern and clean hotel. For NYC the rooms where actually decent sized and had nice amenities, bed was very big and comfy.

    Decent cleanliness. Same as any other W when it comes to look & feel. Rooms have very little natural light though. Not pleasant when waking up or getting ready. True, even on floor 15.

    The upgrades are awesome!! Especially the rooms with the two queen beds. def check out the gym, Bliss spa, and the lobby before 11am for coffee n tea:)

    Best location ever! Just two blocks from subway stop and a 24 hour Duane Reade if you forget something. W Cafe in lobby is super convenient for quick coffee and toasted bagel before starting your day.

    The couches in the main lobby are visibly dirty and torn. Rooms are like a shoe box and our view was of a construction in the alley way. We also paid over 500. So not worth it!!

    This hotel looks very nice in the first look, but when you look inside the room, there are lots of unclean spots such as hair dryer, air conditioner, torn-sheets and dust on the floor and ceiling.

    4th floor eastern rooms (by the spa) are within an earshot of an employee service door that slams closed 20+ times in the 6am hour. No sleep.

    Rooms are very small plus the air-con system struggles. Sleeping above the covers is inevitable if you prefer not to have a sweaty sleep.

    Room 1554 is pretty nice. I don't see why people complain about this hotel, it's just a room to sleep in. It's clean, and the staff is nice.

    This hotel kinda sucks. Rooms are dark and tiny. Elevators barely or dont work and the staff is downright rude.

    This is a joke of a hotel. Rooms are shoeboxes that look like a slightly nicer motel six. Had an issue with our air conditioner and they did nothing to fix or accommodate us in anyway.

    No vale la pena lo que cuesta. La ubicación es buena, sin embargo para ser un W las habitaciones son pequeñas y no tiene gran cosa el hotel. No fue lo que esperábamos.

    Hôtel n'est pas a la hauteur du standard W. Un exemple l'air conditionne dans la chambre fais beaucoup de bruit. La connexion internet est très chère.
