Best thing about WA Frost is the outdoor patio on a beautiful spring summer or fall day. The menu seems to have gone downhill a little bit and prices gone up.

Outdoor hostess is absolutely rude. Don't come for patio seating unless you want a lecture on going to the website to find out you can only reserve patio by calling in, and not via opentable.
