Do the hike, but wear shoes, and bring an inhaler if you have asthma...

The road is 25° incline, 42.8% grade, 800 ft in length, restricted to 4x4 vehicles, and the steepest in the world. Top to bottom, it drops 1000 ft elevation in just one mile.

Pristine black sand beach, totally worth the death defying drive to get to it.

Bring a good body board with you & surf the waves, but watch out for the strong rip currents. Strong swimmers only.

Must go down to the black sand beach and drive back in the valley to see the tall waterfalls.
