Wallflower is a friendly neighborhood bar and restaurant, featuring cocktails using fresh ingredients, wine and seasonal small plates with a French influence.
Hands down, best cocktails in the West Village.
Well-crafted cocktails and French-leaning bites in the West Village.
This cozy restaurant offers an excellent selection of cocktails from the former head bartender at Daniel, all paired with a concise and well-executed food menu.
The Sho Sho (made with carrots, ginger, sherry) and the Tete de Mule (gin, ginger syrup, carbonated mint-and-green-tea water) are light but divine cocktails. Xavier is a phenomenal bartender!
If you're having dinner, the lobster dish is great. Get a chèvre course to start and a taste from the raw bar. The waiters had good recs so I'd recommend enlisting their help too.
Great little hidden gem! Perfect for really good cocktails, and they have a small dining room as well. Love this place.
Great little spot to have a casual dinner with friends.
Best cocktails in the village. Cozy restaurant ...great spot ...friendly staff
Sweet for a date, great drinks, surprisingly tasty crudo and short rib.
The goat cheese appetizer is amazing!
Cute cocktail bar, I would make a reservation unless you prefer to sit at the bar. They make a really great smokey cocktail that is a must try for the whiskey lover.
Right next to my gym. Great. Thanks.
Genius cocktails. Xavier is a magician!
It's all about the Good Point cocktail and the Beef Tartare!
Neighborhood cocktail joint. Good for locals; don't go out of your way
Great for dates!!
Really amazing cocktails. Love the cozy space, great for dates. Food options were limited, tasty but not amazing. Disappointed with the bouillabaisse (see photo). Service was attentive.
This place is a hidden gem! The restaurant has a really menu, with a French inspiration. You can also have great cocktails at bar.
Cute lil hole in the wall place. Great cocktails... Perfect for a date spot... Love the lighting and the tin ceiling.
So happy to find this gem! The cocktails are perfectly balanced. Ask the bartender to surprise you with an off the menu drink. Have to come back for the food.
Went on New Year's Eve. Super cozy and superb food. I'd give it a 10.
Where is this place!? Impossible to find.
Small spot with an even tinier kitchen. Make reservations for dinner or hope to get lucky for one of the four seats at the bar. Get the New Fashioned cocktail (includes maple syrup).
Cornelia, negroni carbonata
Ask Xavier for his 'off the menu' cocktails once you have tried most of the ones on the menu. He will not disappoint.
Cozy and tiny place with amazing drinks!
Xavier, the bartender, makes impressive and extremely enjoyable cocktails.
Great cocktails. Food is pricey and portions are small, but it's really interesting.
Betty Draper, the new fashioned and the dude.
Owner/head bartender was out of commission with an injury since July, but he'll be back behind the bar 9/13. Menu changes coming too.
Great place for drinks & a snack, not a great dinner spot unless you're doing the pre fixe menu.
Sidewalk cafe with bright red bistro chairs. Order an inventive cocktail and ricotta toast.
Quaint French location perfect for an intimate or romantic cocktail. Get the Adam & Eve, served like this with a paper straw!
prix fixe. the dude. service.
Food is good, but the cocktails are the highlight. Better for apps and drinks than a full dinner.
Xavier is a gem. Ask him for a cocktail reco and you can't go wrong. Do the prix fixe and you'll be stuffed. Don't miss the barley risotto, which is much lighter than a normal risotto. Sit outside.
the brioche is exquisite
Tapas. The mixologist made me one of the best drinks EVER here. I have no idea what it was, but it was spicy and incredible. Small spot, will be more difficult with large groups.
Beautiful waitress. Delicious drinks.
Essential Cocktail: The Betty Draper, a ready-for-Winter, gin-and-calvados special with Sherry, celery juice, apple bitters
Probably one of the coolest cocktail bars I've been to in NYC. Try the drink Sush.
Great spot. Super service. Adam & Eve to drink. Tartare, ricotta, fish soup, and short rib to eat.
Nice little spot. Lavender butter. Try the coconut milk cocktail.
Friendly service. Not your everyday cocktails. Thoroughly enjoyed the tartare and the rabbit.
Really disappointing. Bartender was terrible and so unhelpful. I'd recommend analogue or EO way before this place. Really awful.
One of the best cocktail spots in the city with solid food.
Awesome place to grab cocktails. It's small but grabbing a seat at the bar totally works
