Rediscover a Windy City classic with and be at the center of it all with world-class shopping and entertainment right outside our door.
Localização perfeita. Nada contra, apenas ter q pagar por internet no quarto - mas o que é de graça hj?
Avoid room 512 - very noisy AC duct outside window. Only hotel I have ever stayed in that does not have a chest of drawers for you clothes! Seriously?
I had a good stay here, but the parking guys can be real hustlers.
Clean rooms, smooth stay overall. The automatic minibar though, it charges every time you pick an item up, they write about it in very small print, so if you get there too tired to read, be careful :)
If you don't want/mind not having sheets/towels changed daily, put the "green room plackard" on your door by 2am for 10 off a day (all but your last) at the bar/restauranr/&maybe rooms Service
An affordable, comfortable, conveniently located hotel in the heart of the MagMile. Highly recommend if you want a flavor of Old Chicago.
Unique historic hotel right on Michigan Avenue. Rooms may be a bit small but, its part of its old hotel charm. Great service!
Otelin yeri çok iyi odalar standart kahvaltı çok kötü 4 gündür meyveden başka birşey yiyemiyoruz resepsiyonda çalışanlar can sıkıcı
O hotel fica próximo ao John Hancock Center, um dos principais pontos turísticos de Chicago. O hotel é muito bom.
After getting nickel and dimed for amenities at hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by Echo Limousine 773-774-1074. Price included tip, with no hidden or extra fees.
The room is huge and the view is awsome at the 16th floor.
Great location but that's where the good stuff ends. Small rooms, slow lifts, no bath tub, shockingly slow and buggy wifi and a very basic/pricey room service and the list goes on...
Tropical. 90 degrees in the hallways... 95 in my room. It's October? Why is the AC not working... Love sleeping in soup on pillows made of lumpy sand.
Rooms are smaller but very well designed and very clean and updated! No trouble with the elevators for us and the location is great! Plus we got a free room upgrade for it being our first stay!
Avoid this place. Small rooms, small and slow lifts, very loud in general and dial up speed internet. Only good thing about this place is the location.
Any vending machine.
Everything it's really good in the room. Good spaces. The elevator was not problem at all for us. Clean and pretty.
Hace frío! Pero tenemos una suite muy chida con vista a Michigan Ave.
Michigan Avenue vew
Slow elevators. That's nice
Hotel location is great and the history is charming. No, the rooms are not huge but the upper levels are larger. Great room service and valet!
Positive: Great location, friendly staff... negative: tiny room, even smaller bathroom... when you need the elevator, press the button, go have a coffee, and by then the elevator will have arrived!
Rooms are small but service is awesome. Pricelined it at only $80
The elevators aren't nearly as bad as everyone says. We had no issues at all.
A few reviews have said the rooms are tiny, but they are normal size for a big city. The space is well designed, the location is great, the staff are friendly and know the area well.
Small elevator but quaint rooms.
Need a help? Talking witch Bouchaib, he knows about everything in Town
Thoroughly enjoying my time here!
Valet parking was $50 with in-and-out privilege
No free Wi-Fi in room unless you pay $9.95/day
DO NOT take anything out of the fridge, even to look at the calories of fruit juices. They WILL charge $27.63 automatically. There is a small warning, hope everyone that stays here can read english :)
Get a $10 credit towards the restaurant/lounge if you waive having your room cleaned during your stay.
Elevators are slow 24-7
Need a late night fix? Call Pizano's pizza! Awesome delivery!
Want to eat at Ginos but don't want to wait in line. Get a VIP pass at the front desk. Puts you first in line.
Some of the best room service I've ever had.
Parking is $50/night, WiFi is $9.95-$19.95/night depending on speed, fitness center not accessible via elevator, elevators extremely small and extremely slow.
Nice and comfortable room, wouldn't say it is small, in New York it is, but this one is pretty good:) the best location and not that expensive if to compare the prices.
Great location for the Tribune Tower art show. Great price on hotwire.com Beds were fabulous. Bathroom needs a table to put things on..free in room wi-fi a must! We travel weekly, wifi always free
Avoid the lengthy elevator delays by taking the service elevator!
Rooms are a bit small, but you can't beat the location. Make sure to venture off Mag Mile tourist, or you will miss the best of our city! Also, M Burger across the street. Go. Get the secret shake.
Always an upgrade for a king size bed!
Paid a lot of money ....got a room with a queen bed and room was too tiny. No where to put your clothes or bags. Not worth the money!
I'll have KKG, extra nakey, hold the mustard!
Great Shopping/Sightseeing near by (Zara/Top Shop/H &M/15-20 minutes walk tithe Navy Pier)! Will stay here again!
Parking is $50.00 a day! Park behind Zara off of Rush Street for $35.00 a day
Ask for a room with the best views of the Water Tower, you'll absolutely adore it.
