Avoid room 512 - very noisy AC duct outside window. Only hotel I have ever stayed in that does not have a chest of drawers for you clothes! Seriously?

Clean rooms, smooth stay overall. The automatic minibar though, it charges every time you pick an item up, they write about it in very small print, so if you get there too tired to read, be careful :)

If you don't want/mind not having sheets/towels changed daily, put the "green room plackard" on your door by 2am for 10 off a day (all but your last) at the bar/restauranr/&maybe rooms Service

Unique historic hotel right on Michigan Avenue. Rooms may be a bit small but, its part of its old hotel charm. Great service!

After getting nickel and dimed for amenities at hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by Echo Limousine 773-774-1074. Price included tip, with no hidden or extra fees.

Great location but that's where the good stuff ends. Small rooms, slow lifts, no bath tub, shockingly slow and buggy wifi and a very basic/pricey room service and the list goes on...

Tropical. 90 degrees in the hallways... 95 in my room. It's October? Why is the AC not working... Love sleeping in soup on pillows made of lumpy sand.

Rooms are smaller but very well designed and very clean and updated! No trouble with the elevators for us and the location is great! Plus we got a free room upgrade for it being our first stay!

Avoid this place. Small rooms, small and slow lifts, very loud in general and dial up speed internet. Only good thing about this place is the location.

Positive: Great location, friendly staff... negative: tiny room, even smaller bathroom... when you need the elevator, press the button, go have a coffee, and by then the elevator will have arrived!
