Rediscover a Windy City classic with and be at the center of it all with world-class shopping and entertainment right outside our door.
In a hurry...too bad the elevators are horrendously slow.
Michigan Avenue, in the middle of the best shopping. This hotel is the perfect location. Look up, you see Allerton Hotel and Tip, Top, Tap.....you can't miss it. Beautiful service, beautiful hotel.
Ask for a room with the best views of the Water Tower, you'll absolutely adore it.
Even the most petite rooms have upholstered headboards and marble bathrooms. Can't go wrong in this historic hotel on the Magnificent Mile.
Great location and the service is great! Smaller rooms but very nice!
Great location and close to everything on the Mag Mile. Rooms a little small but enough space to drop your bags and experience the city.
This hotel is so cool. It's right next to the Apple Store and across from Zara, my favorite store. It's ON Michigan Avenue. How much better can you get? The staff is so great, too.
Elevators are slow during check out time.
Everything it's really good in the room. Good spaces. The elevator was not problem at all for us. Clean and pretty.
Try a hum & Gingerale at the bar or one of the bartender's recommendations with hum. It's a unique, delicious rum made locally
Any vending machine.
Want to eat at Ginos but don't want to wait in line. Get a VIP pass at the front desk. Puts you first in line.
Absolutely tiny rooms. No room for anything. And horribly tiny bathrooms. It may be a good location, but not convenient for a business traveler. There is no place to put anything.
Positive: Great location, friendly staff... negative: tiny room, even smaller bathroom... when you need the elevator, press the button, go have a coffee, and by then the elevator will have arrived!
The elevators aren't nearly as bad as everyone says. We had no issues at all.
Get a $10 credit towards the restaurant/lounge if you waive having your room cleaned during your stay.
Rooms are a bit small, but you can't beat the location. Make sure to venture off Mag Mile tourist, or you will miss the best of our city! Also, M Burger across the street. Go. Get the secret shake.
Great Shopping/Sightseeing near by (Zara/Top Shop/H &M/15-20 minutes walk tithe Navy Pier)! Will stay here again!
Stephen, the bell-man, is great!
Pay for wireless? How weak can you get? What? Like 50 bucks to park my car and you still wanna squeeze me for data. You blow Allerton. And your front desk staff is needlessly snooty.
Hotel location is great and the history is charming. No, the rooms are not huge but the upper levels are larger. Great room service and valet!
A few reviews have said the rooms are tiny, but they are normal size for a big city. The space is well designed, the location is great, the staff are friendly and know the area well.
Paid a lot of money ....got a room with a queen bed and room was too tiny. No where to put your clothes or bags. Not worth the money!
I'll have KKG, extra nakey, hold the mustard!
Parking is $50.00 a day! Park behind Zara off of Rush Street for $35.00 a day
Talk to Mark at the M Avenue Bar on the second floor, super nice guy and amazing bartender
See mark in the bar he pours a great drink!
Order room service- breakfast was great and worth the price! We enjoyed a snowy morning in bed with a movie!
Even cheap hotels have free wifi for guests. Get with the program
Great place for a book signing!
Front desk girls are pretty but oh so mean. One of the managers is clinically retarded. Ron I think is his name.
Most antiquated and moronic load-in to date.
Really small rooms but nice and clean and amazing location.
Rooms small and musty smelling. Also air conditioner works poorly. Couldn't seem to get cool the whole night. Lots of tossing and turning. The whole building seems to be very warm
People say tiny rooms but when you pay a little more, you get a lot. Mine has a living room, 2 tv's walk in closet etc... Next to a hospital but the sirens didnt bother. Staffs great parking sucks
Beautiful hotel.Great staff. They have an awesome design and awesome location on Michigan Ave!
Unique historic hotel right on Michigan Avenue. Rooms may be a bit small but, its part of its old hotel charm. Great service!
After getting nickel and dimed for amenities at hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by Echo Limousine 773-774-1074. Price included tip, with no hidden or extra fees.
The room is huge and the view is awsome at the 16th floor.
Great location but that's where the good stuff ends. Small rooms, slow lifts, no bath tub, shockingly slow and buggy wifi and a very basic/pricey room service and the list goes on...
Tropical. 90 degrees in the hallways... 95 in my room. It's October? Why is the AC not working... Love sleeping in soup on pillows made of lumpy sand.
Rooms are smaller but very well designed and very clean and updated! No trouble with the elevators for us and the location is great! Plus we got a free room upgrade for it being our first stay!
Avoid this place. Small rooms, small and slow lifts, very loud in general and dial up speed internet. Only good thing about this place is the location.
Michigan Avenue vew
Hace frío! Pero tenemos una suite muy chida con vista a Michigan Ave.
Otelin yeri çok iyi odalar standart kahvaltı çok kötü 4 gündür meyveden başka birşey yiyemiyoruz resepsiyonda çalışanlar can sıkıcı
O hotel fica próximo ao John Hancock Center, um dos principais pontos turísticos de Chicago. O hotel é muito bom.
