    Formerly the best park in Denver before Denver Parks and Recreation created a mandatory permit system that limits the # of people that can play organized sports. Now no one goes to Wash Park anymore.

    It's buzzing with a lot of people of all age groups. It has a nice play area for kids, a nice lake with rental pedal boats and cycle rentals. I would say it is a perfect Saturday afternoon getaway!
