Maravilhoso! Os esquilos passam na nossa frente.❄️❄️
My favorite park in NYC!
1995년에는 저녁 때면 마리화나 냄새가 가득했었던 기억. 과거와 사뭇달라졌어요. 2015년
My favorite park in NYC. Make sure to hunker down for classic people watching
See and be seen
A lot of friendly people and lots of activities. Not a huge crowded park which makes it rather enjoyable
No sábado há encenações teatrais de estudantes e diversas atividades culturais.
No hammocks allowed! Nice to sprawl on the grass. Bring a blanket, ground is wet!
Excelente lugar para pasar el día, hay actividades recreacionales y shows callejeros, a mi me tocó un señor tocando el piano y un comediante.
Music, artists, and happy people chilling barefoot.
Best street performers
My wife and I always walk here when we visit NYC. Great for people watching.
Good place to people watch
Praça super animada! Sempre está rolando uma atração.
Beautiful place to spend the day

People watch in the summer!
Closes from midnight to six AM, but cops generally won't give you a hard time if you're just crossing through.
Um, clearly. Historic. Not to be missed!
There's always something or someone to see here. Great spot to hang out and people watch
The drunks are the best ones there
Delicia a brisa batendo no seu rosto
Great people watching with great music on the weekends.
Lindo para un rato al aire libre!
It was just amazing to sit and watch people go by. Then again there was also lovely music played on the outdoor piano that also set a relaxing mood.
Look! It's a bird... It's a plane... No, it's a guy playing a baby grand piano. (p.s. he's best found on weekend evenings during the summertime!)
Kids park, music, people watching
Not the best NYC park
A great place to hang out in the Spring and Fall. You'll see talented street performers and get a chance to sit in the fountain. Plenty of good food options nearby (including Peanut Butter & Co!).
Terrific park.. Live music, artists, literary enthusiasts, chess players... A great mix of New York City.
Hard to explain the quality of people watching at this spot. You kind of have to just experience it
That's the biggest banjo I've ever seen
Lots of docks nearby at MacDougal St & Washington Sq, Sullivan St & Washington Sq, or Waverley Pl & University Pl. Don't forget your sunglasses!
Great place to relax in the sun!
Great place to relax in the sun
очень многолюдно, кинуть жопу места нет, но для этого есть лужайка!
Great park to get maximum sun.
FYI The dog park isn't segregated, which is a bummer for anti big dog small dogs😞
Nothing like Washington sq on a sunny day! It's an excellent place to people and dog watch. Plenty of little squirrels to giggle around and many places to sit and just watch the world go by.
The best place south of 42nd st to sit out in the park, take in some jazz and catch some sun. Always lively and energetic (weather permitting)
If you visit on a nice day, bring singles. This park is like a music venue with a dozen different options, from jazz to classical to folk to pop. Tip the musicians!
One of THE best places in the city for good ole fashion people watching and/or being hungover and lazy.
i want go there
One one of my favorite places in the city. Great people watching.
One of the best places to people-watch in the Village or catch some awesome local street talent performances.
Go for the bubble lady and the Jazz. Never a dull moment.
people watching, dog watching, and fountain dancing. peep the dude hanging out with pigeons too.
Come here for the annual pillow fight. BYOPillow. Watch out for feisty NYU students.
